FRIENDLY STAFF AND NICE BREAKFAST

Aspectos positivos: The hotel has an excellent location, everything is nearby, transport, restaurants, shopping centres, a gym, and coffee. It's great to stay with family, very secure, and the staff are very friendly and always with a smile. The breakfast with local food and fresh juice was excellent.

Aspectos positivos: -Comfortable bed -Clean shower (good shampoo and body wash) -Spacious room -Location was great to tour around -Friendly staff -We were allowed to leave our suitcases while it was time to check in

Aspectos negativos: una vez necesite comprar un medicamento y el personal no supo indicarme donde quedaban la drogueria.

Excelente hotel Suite Confort

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación, las instalaciones modernas del hotel. Los servicios: internet, televisión por cable, desayuno buffet variado, la limpieza y la amabilidad del personal. Muy seguro con un ambiente tranquilo para las familias, ideal y recomendado para el descanso.

Aspectos negativos: En la parte interna hay un motor del aire acondicionado o calentador del agua que hace ruido en las noches.

Laureles ist sicher und ruhig

Aspectos positivos: Wir hatten uns bewusst gegen El Poblado und für Laureles entschieden. Unsere Erwartung wurde vollends erfüllt. Hier ist es deutlich ruhiger und dennoch gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants und eine gute Metro-Anbindung. Wir waren über Weihnachten hier und dank der guten Lage konnten wir fußläufig zum Alumbrado. Ebenso ist Pueblito Paisa fußläufig gut zu erreichen.

Aspectos negativos: Die Einfachverglasung hat leider keine geräuschdämmende Funktion. Der Frühstücksraum ist etwas zu klein bemessen, für die Anzahl der Gäste.

Aspectos positivos: El desayuno es tipo buffet, todos los días hay variedad y es muy rico. En la noche también comimos del menú y toda la comida muy rica.

Aspectos negativos: El ruido de las palomas en la ventana, en la mañana no dejan seguir durmiendo, deberían poner malla.
