Aspectos negativos: There is a kitchen with a hob in the room, but there are no facilities for making coffee or tea, for example.

Aspectos positivos: Good location, great staffs and the accommodation was very clean and comfortable. I recommend it!

Aspectos negativos: I just didn’t like that the walls were so thin you could hear the TV from the room next door. Nobody cleaned my room even if I spent 3 nights there

Aspectos positivos: Good location near to restaurants and parks of Laureles, and it felt very safe. Checkin and checkout were both easy and the staff spoke good English. The hotel is very modern and the room was comfortable - we’re not digital nomads but it seems that’s who this place is for! Nonetheless we were comfortable here. We booked an airport taxi through the hotel which we were told could be paid by card (it was our last day in Colombia so didn’t want to withdraw any more cash). However when the driver arrived he said it had to be paid cash - not the staffs fault (although it should have been made clear to the driver) but Jose at reception used his own cash to pay the driver and I transferred him the money, which I don’t think everyone would have done. This was so helpful and we really appreciated it!

Aspectos negativos: The layout of the room felt a bit like it was meant for one (rather than two sharing) as the bed was against the wall when it could easily go in the centre of the room. When we arrived, there were no towels in the room - I raised this with reception and they just brought one up, and I had to ask for another later (they had ran out apparantly). Small point but towels are an absolute basic, and would have been a pain had we wanted to shower on arrival. Not something the hotel can change really but having stayed in Poblado, Laureles doesn’t have as much to offer for tourists. If you are here to sightsee, you’ll likely end up travelling to Poblado to do it!

Great modern facility for short term stay

Aspectos positivos: I liked the lobby I think that was the best part of the hotel there's a lot of coworking space and the breakfast selection was decent and the staff was super friendly. The location is great there are so many coffee shops and restaurants within steps away it's also easy for Uber and taxi to find the hotel. The rooms were clean.

Aspectos negativos: The rooms were very small and it didn't leave much room for your suitcase or anything else to really be in there. The room has no air condition and there's no window in the bathroom so in a three bedroom when you're sharing with people it can get a little stuffy it did come with a fan. They also did not provide towels when we checked in we had to request them and they did not provide extra toilet paper there was three of us staying in the room so one roll of toilet paper wasn't enough

Aspectos positivos: new, clean hotel for people who prefer to feel at home than in a hotel ;) fridge, kitchen, full set of pots xP super friendly service, especially Miss Laura who always helped me in during my 30-day stay ;p additionally she knows English better than me ;) which is mega helpful with my poco espanol xD

Aspectos positivos: Function is beauty. This place was really curated and thought out. Everything in place. A tiny room that is perfect. It had everything you needed. Modular in design. You can actually rotate the bed into a couch. Super cool! I liked having free boiled water from the cafe. The manager julian was super hospitable and helping.

Aspectos negativos: I would have liked to see the reception more informative and enthusiastic to help. With guidlines and answers. I didnt get all my simple questions met. The girl at the desk maneucuring her nails were more important than me. The guys were cool and helpful!!

Amazing hotel, would 10000% stay again!

Aspectos positivos: The breakfast was really nice and the room was perfect. I actually stayed here a few times in different rooms, due to me going to Santa Marta and back. Each room was clean and perfectly equipped. Nice views of the mountains and the location of the hotel itself was perfect, close to plenty of stores, laundry and restaurants. The staff were super friendly and helpful! Would 100000% stay again.

Aspectos negativos: I noticed there was no warm/hot water at the bathroom sink in each room, it wasn't just isolated to a single room, not sure if that was normal, typically it isn't. But apart from that, everything was perfect.

Love the place!

Aspectos positivos: I love this hotel in Laureles. Very close to the shops, restaurants, and cafes. It is also not far from shopping centres. It is safe. There is a security guy on site. Also the cafe is good for remote workers. I would stay there again. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
