Really helpful staff and great location.

Aspectos positivos: Have to mention the staff. So friendly and helpful. Always smiling. They are all a credit to the hotel. The room was comfortable and the hotel in such a great location. Close to La 70 with loads of local cafes and restaurants to choose from. Would happily stay here again

Beautiful location and genuinely nice staff

Aspectos positivos: Beautiful and very quiet location and genuinely nice and helpful staff. Every morning they served authentic Colombian breakfast.

Aspectos negativos: The room window was directly in the internal courtyard, which was anyway very quiet.

Aspectos positivos: the staff were amazing, helped from check in all the way to check out. the hotel was very nice. situated away from the city noise. breakfast was delicious. I have a fussy eater who is 7 but he ate everything and even wanted more. thank you for everything

Aspectos negativos: -No air conditioner into the room; - The breakfast was awful for us as Europeans and the coffee very low quality...some instant granules in a huge quantity of water....

Generally a comfortable stay, staff are very friendly accommodating

Aspectos positivos: Friendly staff, although none of them can speak at least a little bit of English, they were very helpful and accommodating. I appreciate them very much.

Aspectos negativos: 1. Mosquitoes in the room 2. Hotel owners can always help enrol their staff to learning English, it seems like a lot of their clients are non-spanish speakers. As visitors we do try to learn or speak Spanish since we’re in their country but it would be nice to be able to be more comfortable in communication somewhat, somehow (after all, we are paying customers and tourists do somewhat help in the Colombian economy) :)

Very nice place and staff but wifi wasn’t good

Aspectos positivos: Really nice place with clean rooms and in good location in Laureles. Lovely staff and spacious rooms. Our air in wasn’t working 100% but they came and fixed it soon after.

Aspectos negativos: The wifi wasn’t good, unfortunately this is something we relied on as travellers
