Good value hotel in a good location.

Aspectos positivos: The location works well for us, with family living nearby. It is good to have the space for them to visit, and to have our own sitting and kitchen area. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, the shower worked well, and the inclusive breakfast is good. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The Arkadia shopping mall just over the road is also useful.

Aspectos negativos: Some traffic noise is inevitable so close to a busy roundabout. The lounge furniture wasn't very comfortable. Room service meals nothing special.

Aspectos positivos: All staff were very kind, from the security guard to the cleaning staff and kitchen as well as reception. Everyone made us feel welcome here. It's got free parking inside and outside the building, location is perfect if you don't want to be too far from Poblado and other touristic spots and pay less for your accommodation. Very tasty breakfast included delivered to your apartment and everyday you have a little extra addition that changes daily. Super yummy. Shopping centre across the road with a gym where you can pay 38 thousand pesos for the day (free during bank holidays). Would definitely book again next time I'm in Medellín.

Aspectos negativos: Water pressure in the shower is not great, but it is an older building, didn't bother us too much. Would also be nice to have aircon in the living room, not only in the bedroom.

Great hotel, pleased we stayed here.

Aspectos positivos: We stayed here for two weeks while visiting family and it was a great base. The staff were super friendly despite us not knowing much Spanish (thanks especially David and Jaison). They were really helpful in organising taxis for us to and from the airport, and sorting issues out.

Aspectos negativos: We knew to expect this, but the noise from the road outside is quite loud. But we got used to it and it didn't sotp us sleeping.

Spacious apartment and helpful staff.

Aspectos positivos: The staff are all very helpful and friendly. The apartment was spacious, ideal for a longer stay. It was well located for us, near to family and across the road from the Arcadia shopping mall. It was useful to have a kitchen and utility area. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean. A hearty breakfast was included, with a delicious selection of fresh fruit.

Aspectos negativos: The main drawback is noise from the busy road junction just outside. Some room are better than others (we switched apartments mid-stay) but none avoid it completely. The only other issue was that the hot water supply was unreliable.

Aspectos positivos: The location of the hotel for traveling and very close to the shopping mall Arkadia, room service. neighborhood was very clean and safe and i had a room with very nice view.

Aspectos negativos: The breakfast need to have more variety. The main thing is eggs and ham and cheese there is no more options. If you stay more then 5 days it wil be boring.

Aspectos negativos: The noise of the traffic at times is a little bit much but nothing too overwhelming. Keep in mind that staying in a city of 2.5 million people you have to expect traffic - it is as simple as that. I would certainly return.
