A modern hotel, at a good price, with good service.

Aspectos positivos: I had a wonderful stay. The hotel is right next to El Poblado, a 10-minute taxi ride away. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I received a warm welcome. The rooftop terrace is lovely, and the breakfast included soup, fruit, bread, orange juice, and always a perfectly made omelet or scrambled eggs. Downstairs next to the hotel is a supermarket and a small electronics store. I felt very comfortable and warmly welcomed throughout my seven days; I'll definitely be back.

Aspectos negativos: The safety boxes are not working (2 different rooms). Room doors do not close tightly- sound from common areas easily wake you up. Dinner options/a la carte options and drinks could be better. The food was below expectations.

Amazing place and people!

Aspectos positivos: Excellent service! The staff is amazing, Mariana at the front desk was always with a positive attitude and willing to help at any hour. Not only Mariana but everyone from the people serving breakfast to the housekeepers. Hotel is brand new and it is beautiful, security always at the entrance. The location is safe and 10min away from the main parks and high end area. Breakfast was very good and the bar area has an amazing view of the city. Thank You for everything!

Aspectos negativos: It was a bit noisy in the street late into Saturday evening, as families and friends enjoyed their evening together. The noise quietened down by midnight, however.

Aspectos positivos: The service was amazing from the moment we arrived. The room was very clean and neat. There where already 2 bottles of water provided. The breakfast was small but more then enough to start the day. The service was excellent. Even though they did not speak English very well. They made sure we could communicate. Arranging a taxi whenever we needed it. The location was amazing. Close to the metro station and only a few minutes by taxi away from the populair district El Poblado.

Aspectos negativos: To bad the bar was not open at nights. But with a mini supermarket on the first floor this was not a massive deal.

Great place to stay at

Aspectos positivos: The breakfast was good, only thing is that it was the same everyday. The staff was super kind and friendly, I love the junior suit with the jacuzzi, I celebrated my 1st wedding anniversary and I couldn't choose a better place to do so. LOVE THIS HOTEL AND LOVE THE CITY.
