Aspectos positivos: Nice staff which gave all the information we needed for our trip to San Felix and Samaria Valley. The room had everything we needed for the 2 night's and was super clean.

Aspectos negativos: The room without the windows was a bit dark, we changed to a room upstairs with windows and that was great!!

Comfortable, simple hostel with the most amazing balcony view close to city center

Aspectos positivos: Simple hostel with simple room located just south of the city center. Clean with fresh linens and towel, friendly staff. Within walking distance of the main square, with restaurants and shops around the corner. The hostel offers a kitchen (convenient) but the absolute stunner is the shared balcony, overlooking a lush green part of the town, with numerous birds flying around, circling on the thermals. Great for views, a cup of tea in the evenings. I would absolutely stay here again.

Aspectos negativos: Room is fairly basic, but that's absolutely outweighed by the wonderful balcony in the back of the hostel.

Aspectos positivos: Great view from the balcony, great vibe. Great coffee, and kitchen. Even though breakfast was not included, I could eat fruit on the balcony and use cutlery. Great location away from the crowd.

Aspectos negativos: It's a bit old, but definitely worth it. Couldn't get the shower to be hot. Pillows were super uncomfortable, but for the second night the staff changed the pillows for us.

Aspectos positivos: La situation, la vue panoramique, la chambre, la gentillesse des personnes, la visite (payante) proposée par l’hôtel chez un couple adorable, propriétaire d’une petite fin à de café : 5 heures à ramasser et à participer à toutes les étapes du café avec dégustation de notre « travail »… superbe expérience, merci encore !

Aspectos negativos: Un petit bémol dans la cuisine : manque une plaque de cuisson

Aspectos positivos: What a hidden gem! With only six rooms within an old colonial house, Bonsai Casa Hotel was calm, quiet, and boasted an incredible view from its back balcony. The bargain of a century!
