Aspectos positivos: Quiet location, pool area ok but no real comfortable seating. Comfortable room with good air conditioning. The big speaker wasn’t turned on while I was there fortunately.

Aspectos positivos: Clean, spacious room. Swimming pool looked inviting even though I didn't take advantage if it. Breakfast was enjoyable. On the night I booked it was excellent value for money.

Aspectos negativos: As others have mentioned the distance from the hotel to the main square is short but the hill between the two is very steep. Anyone with mobility issues should bear this in mind.

Aspectos positivos: The hotel is very clean and spacious. Everything worked as it should and our stay was comfortable. The swimming pool is great. Great value for money.

Aspectos negativos: Location.The hotel was situated just on the edge of the historic center. A short (but tough) walk uphill or a 5000 pesos moto chiva ride. The view around the hotel was a bit of a let down.

Amazing pool and Breakfast-A little noisy during the night

Aspectos positivos: The pool, was unexpected and completely refreshing

Aspectos negativos: The noise of the disco-bar. It is supposed to be until 10 p.m., but on my first night it was until 11 p.m. It would be great if inside the room we could find hooks to hang clothes or bags, otherwise you have to lie down your stuff on the floor.

Aspectos positivos: This place is a beautifully kept palace, with hot tub and pool. Everything is perfect. There is food and drinks available so if you choose, you never need to leave the property. The staff are welcoming and friendly. I would recommend a stay here to everybody.

Aspectos negativos: It would be nice to have somewhere in the room to store clothes. There is space for a storage unit....

Aspectos positivos: The hotel is new and it has everything that you need to enjoy your staying. The swimming pool and the jacuzzi are more than perfect. Our rooms were very big and clean.

Aspectos negativos: Hubo un problema de comunicación y cuando bajamos a tomar desayuno nos dijeron que el servicio ya había terminado
