Aspectos positivos: The staff, free parking, the location, the view from the room balcony, the breakfast, the pool area, the colonial atmosphere of the building.

Aspectos positivos: In very good condition. It was beautiful and clean, quiet. Delicious breakfast was for us included.

Beautiful old building in the town centre

Aspectos positivos: Right in the heart of the town, and walking distance to the Plaza Excellence historical building. Beautiful old features and oak panels and window shutters. Beautiful swimming pool area. Great room with a four poster bed

Aspectos negativos: The property is advertised with the car park, but the actual car park is 3-400 m away and is a public car park. Walking back, involves negotiating a steep hill. I ordered drinks at the bar and charged it to the room. The next day they insisted on it being paid separately in cash. Checking in was a bit of a hassle. Other than that everything was great

A beautiful hotel stay made less enjoyable by one staff member.

Aspectos positivos: Beautifully decorated hotel reasonably close to the center. The room was nice and quiet with a comfortable bed and nice shower. I appreciated the tv with sports streaming. The pool area looks nice. The breakfast is nice and filling.

Aspectos negativos: The receptionist was not welcoming and despite several requests to speak Spanish slowly, she made no attempt to help me understand. I can speak Spanish reasonably well and tried several times to communicate however she spoke so quickly I resorted to English (which she spoke very badly). I felt like she found my presence annoying, and I found this attitude demeaning and embarrassing. Other staff were friendly and helpful.

Felt very luxurious with a picturesque panoramic view of the Andean mountains.

Bonito y còmodo hotel de estilo colonial muy bien ubicado en Santa Fe de Antioquia.

Aspectos positivos: La atención del personal inmejorable. Siempre estuvieron atentas a colaborarnos con el servicio a la habitación.

Aspectos negativos: El balcón tiene un parlante justo debajo que afecta un poco la tranquilidad.

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación es excelente y el hotel es muy bonito y cómodo. La atención también excelente.

Un lugar maravilloso para descansar con tu pareja.

Aspectos positivos: Todo, la comida, la atención, la limpieza del lugar, las personas que te atienden son maravillosas.

Aspectos negativos: No tenia recargados los dispensadores de jabón, acondicionador y shampoo en las duchas de baño de la piscina.
