Good for two nights

Aspectos positivos: Rosa was amazing! Super responsive, gentil and helpful. The facilities were good for our two nights stay.

Aspectos negativos: It was very noisy, we could heard everything from the street. Even with earplugs was very noisy.

Aspectos positivos: The owner is very sweet and wants to make your stay perfect. The rooms are clean and well taken care off, the neighborhood is very nice. It's a local neighborhood without all the (expensive) tourist fuzz that Poblado and Laureles have. There is a bakery across the street that is open for 24h, there is a supermarket next to the hostel and a lot of cheap eats in the neighborhood. The botanical garden is in walking distance just as the metro. The locals in the neighborhood are very kind.

Aspectos negativos: When we left our room the first time we saw that the door didn't lock properly, we told the owner and she called a lock smith right away to fix the lock. Amazing service!!

Super nice host, but not the nicest neighborhood at night

Aspectos negativos: A bit dirty kitchen, and to get to the property when it's dark can feel very unsafe.

Aspectos positivos: Room was clean, good bathroom with utensils, a bit dirt at the walls, really friendly staff who let us choose a room between two

Aspectos negativos: The kitchen was only for use during the morning because of smells and it was not that good equipped (no salt, not that much plates and quite dirty dishes)

Aspectos positivos: The owner was very nice - super flexible with check in and getting our bags after check out. Loved the balcony - had a nice view. A supermarket just beside. The metro not too far away

Aspectos positivos: Located right next to supermarket and only 10 min by car to bus terminal norte, feels safe, basic rooms but has everything you need, very friendly and helpful owner

Aspectos negativos: Kitchen could have been cleaner, traffic outside is loud if you’re noise sensible

Good value for money private room in shared apartment

Aspectos positivos: Good communication, arranged late checkin when my bus was very delayed. Simple, comfortable room with table, kitchen with cooker and fridge. Good shower. Nice common area. Location is uphill from the botanical gardens, walking distance to metro. Various shops and restaurants close by. Felt like a nice neighbourhood.

Un destino bastante reconfortante

Aspectos positivos: La señora Dora es muy amable, me hizo sentir como en casa, la atención que brinda a los huéspedes es muy especial, agradecida eternamente con ella por recibirme. Las instalaciones y camas son super cómodas, sin duda alguna volvería una y mil veces más, super recomendado!
