Aspectos positivos: Nothing super special, but it gives you everything you need. There is a parking lot, though it's basically on the street. The metro station is 5 minutes walk

The staff was awesome, the services good and the location safe!

Aspectos positivos: The staff was suuuuuper nice, helpful and caring. The rooms are large enough and the parking facilities are good. It is also close enough to a metro station, so you can go around the city with public transportation. The area felt quite safe as well. The laundry service was also very, very good and super fast!

Aspectos positivos: The facilities are nice, staff were very kind and accommodating. Excellent communication via WhatsApp. We loved breakfast (healthy and good quality). Comfortable beds, lots of towels.

Clean and comfortable stay in south el poblado

Aspectos positivos: Breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. Close to the metro station and the shower was warm. Beautiful layout.

Aspectos positivos: Nice, spacious room with good AC. The shower was fantastic, good pressure and nice & hot. Small kitchen for guests to use. Quiet and peaceful. Staff were friendly and communicated by text to ask if we wanted room cleaned daily. I liked this hotel.

Aspectos negativos: It's near a metro station but not in El Poblado, it is one station further. It is not walkable and if the metro stops running, you need to get a taxi.

The facilities are basic but the lounge area is comfy and it’s a good deal!

Aspectos positivos: The woman working the front desk was a super hero! Handling multiple inquiries at once like a boss. And she helped me out when I overpaid! Thanks! 10-15 minutes walk to a huge shopping mall and a cute bar ( shout out La Excusa )

Aspectos negativos: The beds were a little crunchy and the sheets were warm but I had a good sleep regardless.

Excelente hotel en relación calidad - precio

Aspectos positivos: El personal del hotel fue muy atento. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, a 8 minutos caminando de la estación del metro Aguacatala. A 1 minuto encuentras lugares para comer económico en el transcurso del día.

Es el lugar que siempre eligiría

Aspectos positivos: Las ganas de ayudarte como visitante. Mi llegada a Medellín se adelantó y llamé a preguntar si podía ir a estar en el Hotel. No quería merodear por la ciudad con mi maleta. Pues mi sorpresa fue que me aceptaron para ir, me recibieron las maletas y al poco tiempo me entregaron la habitación. Son las ganas de ellas las que me harán volver siempre. Adicionalmente, dejé el cargador de mi celular y me lo tuvieron disponible en la recepción para recogerlo de salida de la ciudad.
