Everything perfect

Aspectos positivos: Nice staff, very clean place, good location (not too close to the busy areas, but not far either), fantastic jacuzzi and small swimming pool on the top, with amazing views, nice rooms, not much to ask for. If you don't stay there during the weekends (very busy), it's much better IMHO, as you can have nice discounts + the shared areas almost only for yourself

Aspectos negativos: Bring ear plugs for the night. There are some noisy dogs around. Not the hotel fault obviously but well.

Aspectos positivos: Lovely hotel with views across the top of the town and lakes. Positioned well, so not too noisy at night from town noise. Amazing hot spa pool on the roof top, with views to La Rocca and sunset. Lovely staff, and a great little getaway for us 😀

Nice hotel, very clean

Aspectos positivos: Brilliant location, short walk from town. Pool, jacuzzi facitilies were brilliant and the room was very nice.

Aspectos negativos: The breakfast was not good, there was no order to it and it felt very chaotic. Things ran out and were not refilled (coffee) Locals were given coffee but we were told to wait. The first morning the breakfast was completely cold

Very pleasant experience

Aspectos positivos: Fantastic hotel . Lovely location. 6 min walk to the town. Friendly staff and so helpful. The breakfast was delicious.

Excellent Hotel

Aspectos positivos: The people working at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Especially at reception and the person who carried our bags to the room and explained everything. Reception also arranged a taxi to the airport for us, which we asked for the evening before we left. The room was very comfortable and had a great view and the windows could be opened wide up. The breakfast was okay. The hotel wasn't busy when we were there, so there may be more choices for breakfast if there were more guests, but there was enough for us. The location of the hotel was good. About a 10 minute easy walk from the town centre. We really liked our stay here and recommend the hotel.

A perfect place to rel

Aspectos positivos: We did not eat at the facility, but used the kitchen and bought food locally. Very helpful staff. The nice young lady at the reception arranged our taxi to the airport in Medellin. The jacussi was so enjoyable! Nice views and a very comfortable stay. We really loved this place. Every thing was provided. Nice town for decent shopping, no one bothering for sales.

Aspectos negativos: There is a lot of construction going on in the area, but it did not interfer with our stay.

Decent place for a few days!

Aspectos positivos: Nice pool and decent rooms. Very good location, out of the town centre itself but only a 5 min walk down. Or a tuk tuk back. About 15 mins drive from the rock.

Good place to stay in Guatape

Aspectos positivos: Nice place to stay - good location - nice facilities. Staff were excellent letting us stay later while waiting for ride. We only stayed one night, as there is not a lot in Guatape to do, once you have climbed the rock.

Great Location to the main town center

Aspectos positivos: View from the room and common areas. Great jacuzzi Loved the TV options

Aspectos negativos: Pool was not a pool- more like a wading area, very disappointing. The jacuzzi was bigger than the pool, but you couldnt do laps in either bodies of water. So sad

Aspectos positivos: We loved the pool & jacuzzi of hotel. The views are spectacular & it was very clean Hotel. I would stay again.

Aspectos negativos: Not a lot of privacy..all windows are see through. We had jacuzzi..we closed blinds & people still saw through the blinds at a angle.
