Excellence central spot to stay

Aspectos positivos: Excellent place to stay. Due to my stupidity , I made things a little bit difficult. However, the receptionist was fabulous on this matter. I can't say enough about the staff, the location, the room etc.

Aspectos negativos: There are no issues with this place.

Recommended hotel in the city centre

Aspectos positivos: Great location in the centre with a lovely balcony in the room. The staff was kind and ready to give general info. Good breakfast offered. Definitely recommended.

Pleasant with amazing breakfast!

Aspectos positivos: The location was the best for a quick stay in Guatape. Amazing breakfast served at the restaurant next door. Strong shower and very comfy bed. Very nice ladies at the reception and overall it was a nice experience.

Aspectos negativos: Not much really. Our room did not have a window facing outside - just a small window facing the corridor, so it was a bit stuffy in the room. Shower door needs some maintenance, it was very difficult to close and almost impossible to open it from the inside.

Aspectos positivos: Nice accommodations for anyone that is in that area! Friendly neighborhood and amazing staff! Clean room and good Wifi!

A great place for a few days away!

Aspectos positivos: The staff were super friendly and the hotel was in a great location being right on the corner of the city square. The bed was really comfortable and breakfast was great.

Best stay in Guatape

Aspectos positivos: The rooms were clean and organised. The room with view is big and it is perfect. The people who work there is very friendly and the breakfast is a good one.

Aspectos positivos: Ubicado en el parque principal de Guatapé, la cama cómoda, la ducha gustosa con presión y agua caliente. Desayuno muy rico con vistas muy bonitas. Personal amable.

Aspectos negativos: Hay mucho ruido en las habitaciones porque las ventanas están abiertas de manera estructural, no sellan. Se escucha la calle, que es normal por estar en la plaza, pero también todo lo que pasa en el interior del hotel.
