Aspectos positivos: The staff were excellent, friendly and very attentive. We loved having drinks in the jacuzzi.

Aspectos negativos: The breakfast could have been better. Nicer coffee and more fruit, for example, and the pool was quite cold.

Great location, great pool area = Great choice!

Aspectos positivos: The pool area was fantastic! Our 16, 14 & 12 year olds loved it. Music playing poolside and food service available. Reception was very attentive, in organising laundry and tuktuks into Guatape!

Aspectos negativos: No window in the main part of our family room! Also, the double bed in the family room - the mattress felt and sounded like it was covered in a scrunchy nappy so every movement was really loud. I’m a light sleeper so felt it, maybe others wouldn’t.

Lovely hotel with a really nice pool

Aspectos positivos: It was perfect for what we needed. Close to guatape town, only one night stay, quiet at night, pool was lovely!

Aspectos positivos: Good location between El piedra and Guatapé. Good breakfast (with fruits, which we don't get often in Colombia). The rooms are comfortable.

Aspectos positivos: This is on the lake with amazing views from the balcony which is shared, no matter what room you are in you will get incredible views especially if you wake up early or like to watch sunset. The hotel has wonderful facilities as the pool and hottub are great and a fine way to watch and admire the landscape. The staff are friendly and the location within a short walk into town or the rock so you can leave the car in the carpark and go for a short walk.

Aspectos positivos: good location, just outside the busy area but a nice walk into town. very good food and service. staff were very helpful and friendly. pool was a great addition to the hotel.

Aspectos negativos: we booked a superior double but found this too small for our weeks stay so upgraded to a larger room. staff were very helpful in arranging this straight away.

Perfect location and stay.

Aspectos positivos: One night stay. Checked in nice room overlooking the lakes. 5 minute drive from central Guatape. Staff put the jacuzzi on for us on request. Had a beer and enjoyed the views. Room was nice and clean and bed comfy. No complaints. Wifi was ok. Breakfast was good traditional Colombian.

Aspectos positivos: Its 20 min walking distance to the rock and 30 min walking distance to the Guatepe center. Clean hotel with a fair price and breakfast was amazing.

Beautiful property, but food is less quality.

Aspectos positivos: Our jacuzzi suite was beautiful. The staff were accommodating and helpful in every way. Also, the place is impeccably clean.

Aspectos negativos: We had a 2nd floor room overlooking the pool and it was noisy, both from the pool and from the restaurant/lobby area. Restaurant food wasn't very good, breakfast was the same every day. Served rotting watermelon for breakfast one day. Overcrowded hot tub. The tap water is not potable, and no water is supplied to the guests. You have to purchase it.

Aspectos positivos: Wounderful location right by the lake. Very chill and relaxing atmosphere. I didn't want to leave this place, could just sit and admire lake for hours. There is also a big pool outside. Amaizing staff who was very helpful to arrange taxi to airport and gave advise on our further travel plans. Nice and tidy rooms with a lake view. You can ask for hairdryer at reception. Tasty and big breakfast with some fruits, juice, coffee, cheese, eggs, pastries and bread selection. Big selection in restaurant menu, food was very nice.
