Great, great, great stay!

Aspectos positivos: Everything. We loved everything. Great location, amazing room, great value for money, great staff. Just great.

Aspectos negativos: The only thing that made me a bit uneasy was the fact that we could not lock the door. There was a gate to get to the cabin and that was lockable, but not the door of the cabin. I tend to be overly cautious so I kept waking up with every noise. That being said, I would still go back any time. + the area was super safe so I doubt anything would ever happen, but anxiety is anxiety.

Aspectos positivos: Super quiet and private room with a lovely view over the lake and bush, exactly what we were after. The spa was a great bonus!

Fading beauty

Aspectos positivos: The room was great with a well stocked fridge and lots of coffee and sugar provided. The outdoor jacuzzi was really enjoyable. There was one slight problem when filling the jacuzzi for the first time but this was swiftly sorted out. I enjoyed the indoor/outdoor shower. A really enjoyable stay and I would not hesitate to stay there again the next time I visit Guatape.

Aspectos negativos: There was nothing I did not like.

Lovely stay, nice view

Aspectos positivos: The bed was huge, the hottub warm and the fridge filled with drinks. We had a fantastic time. Checkout at 1pm is perfect. We went to the rock in de morning and afterwards we could take a shower before leaving. View was nice, on the lake, mountains and the guatape rock!

Lovely place to stay on the outskirts of Guatape

Aspectos positivos: Great location on the outskirts of Guatape. You can walk into town. Loved having a jacuzzi on the deck. Room was comfortable with a lovely view. It was spotlessly clean and I did not see one insect of any kind in the room or bathroom, amazing achievement considering its location. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good.

Aspectos negativos: I loved it all.

Wonderful place in a walking distance to the main square Guatape

Aspectos positivos: Great view from the balcony, nice jacuzzi, clean and cozy room. We enjoyed our stay.

Aspectos negativos: You can hear your neighbors like they are talking in your room

Excellent stay

Aspectos positivos: We loved our stay, the bed is huge and very comfortable. The hot tub on the balcony was the obvious highlight of our stay. Breakfast was delicious and plenty (fresh fruit, eggs, toast, jam, juice and coffee). Great value for money.

Aspectos negativos: It does get pretty chilly at night, also more towels would be great as we wanted to use them for showering and the hot tub.

Aspectos positivos: Peaceful but easy walk onto town. Breakfasts were great. Staff very helpful

A great room but a bit of false advertising. There is no AC.

Aspectos positivos: Room has a great open room of the courtyard. Although many of the trees cover the view of the lake from the room, you can sit on the balcony and get a better view. The hotel is definitely quieter than staying in the center of town, but be prepared to take a taxi or tutu to get lunch or dinner. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the center of town.

Aspectos negativos: The room listing states there is air conditioning at the hotel. There is no air conditioning at the hotel. I booked the room for almost twice as much as other rooms in the area because I thought it would have an air conditioner. Luckily the hotel brought us a fan because the room definitely gets stuffy if you sleep with the balcony door closed (to prevent bugs from coming into the room).
