Aspectos positivos: Our stay at this hotel was truly amazing! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the room was spotless with a beautifully designed interior.

Aspectos negativos: However, the breakfast was quite disappointing, and surprisingly, the coffee was not great – which is unexpected in Colombia. Overall, a fantastic experience, but the breakfast could definitely be improved.

Aspectos positivos: La vista increíble, la comida deliciosa !!! Y la atención del personal me gustó bastante , volvería sin dudarlo

Aspectos negativos: Al día siguiente tenían reservado el hotel para una boda, así que en la mañana empezaron a organizar todo para el evento; quitaron mesas y había mucho trasteo, es incómodo pero bueno, logré sacar fotos en la mañana temprano, si no hubiera sido terrible

Aspectos positivos: Me encantó la ubicación, fácil de llegar y la recogida en el parqueadero nos gustó mucho, las instalaciones muy cómodas y bonitas, la comida deliciosa y el personal muy amable.

Aspectos negativos: Las sábanas y el balcón no estaban bien aseadas. Depronto intentar colocarle más calefacción a la piscina.
