Aspectos positivos: Super nice view from the terrace where also the breakfast is served. The most comfy bed of our trip! And in the evening we could use the jacuzzi which was amazing!

Beautiful room and lovely staff

Aspectos positivos: Bedroom was lovely and bathroom was clean. Staff were nice and breakfast was included and delicious.

Aspectos negativos: Very loud, you can hear all the people outside your room. Only a 30min walk to town, not a bad thing just not ideal if you have mobility issues but the walk is nice.

Aspectos positivos: The quietness in the night as the hotel is located a bit remote from the town. The service is great.

Aspectos negativos: It was very hard to mix the shower temperature, a bit unpredictable between very hot and very cold but eventually we got it right. The lights in the room is all on or all off with a switch remote from the bed

Aspectos positivos: Great overall experience... we were on motorcycles but the road is a little rough in getting there but it's nice to be away from the city. Ivan was amazing in helping us get my son's lost luggage back from the airlines so a big thank you for that!!! Breakfast was good and they have large jacuzzi's but no water in them so not really sure why that was....

Aspectos negativos: In the ground floor, you can not see out from the room as the garden is closed by the high wall. Anyway, you get daylight through the clear roof.

Aspectos positivos: Quiet and clean, nice terrasse with whirlpool, bikes available free of charge, comfortable bed, shower with (really) hot and cold water. Coffee machine in the room The receptionist, Ms Jeiry, is a real gem: extremely helpful and service oriented and giving good advice.

Aspectos negativos: Wifi in the room mostly not working Cable TV not working the 2nd day

Aspectos positivos: Lovely room. Hotel in general is beautiful. Very friendly staff. Nice hot tub on the top floor.

Aspectos negativos: The location is poor. No restaurants in the area. Very dark road to walk down to get to the hotel. In general I would advise people to stay outside guatape in a lake side accommodation. The town itself is tacky and the staff in many places are rude. Stay outside the town at one of the waterfront glamping sites.

Aspectos positivos: It was clean and modern, the staff were friendly and breakfast was delicious. It's a 20 min walk from Guatapé but the views are lovely and it's quiet. Best shower I've had in Colombia.

Aspectos negativos: The WiFi was spotty. It would be nice to offer food as there's nothing really around to eat on a night time.
