Great hotel, perfect location
Aspectos positivos: We enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel. The location is just perfect. The staff were amazingly helpful, they went out of their way to help. Rooms were large and plenty of space, big beds, very clean. We also enjoyed a healthy breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel.
Aspectos negativos: Nothing.

Highly recommend this hotel. So much to do. And close to everything.
Aspectos positivos: Friendly staff, great location, food was good, and beds were comfortable, the room was spacious with an amazing view. They have 2 pools, a jacuzzi, Steam room, sauna, and a kids water area. You can also book the Majestic Lake cruise which is docked at the Hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.
Aspectos negativos: The room I booked was not what I got as per the website photo. It was a premium room, with a view. The view I got was into the parking lot. They accommodated me, but I had to pay more. The transition went smoothly.

Super accomodation and location at Guatape
Aspectos positivos: Great accomodations, dry and wet areas, room was superb. The location and view is excellent. Reception staff great
Aspectos negativos: The breakfast wasnt so good in relation to the hotel. And there must be maintenance of the showers , artefacts, accesories etc.. as the hotel is already 20 to 30 years.

Aspectos positivos: The room is HUGE -- and the view is the best -- Right on the lake. Helicopter tour; short flight was perfect and reasonable price. Two beautiful pools. Friendly staff...
Aspectos negativos: The room below ours was playing LOUD music for HOURS -- Finally stopped about midnight, but I had to call the front desk twice...

Great stay
Aspectos positivos: This was our second time we stayed in this beautiful hotel. We liked the staff attention, especially the room service. The junior suite was very comfortable, beautifully decorated and with a spectacular view to la Piedra del Peñol. Our favorite part of the hotel is the big jacuzzi with beautiful views also. My mom enjoyed the 'Yate Majestic'. And the location of the hotel is very near and walkable distance to La Piedra.
Aspectos negativos: The swimming pool temperature is very cold.

Best view of El Penol!
Aspectos positivos: The location and view of El Penol is the best thing about Los Recuerdos. Being able to look out at the rock from our room and the surrounding water and the closeness of it was amazing. The staff was also very helpful and friendly, the pool and sauna were nice and the breakfast was decent. We ordered dinner one night and found the food very good. If you want to do a Helitour it’s also cheaper if you’re staying at this hotel. The private boat tour we did with Hector, a hotel employee, was also excellent. He’s been with the hotel 30 years and was originally from the little town that was moved when the lake was created, so great history lesson from him!
Aspectos negativos: We were there during the week when many of the hotel services aren’t offered like the spinning restaurant/bar and the yacht. Many spaces were closed off, but I think they could have at least a few extra niceties for those who stay there during the week, like a coffee station.

Aspectos positivos: La zonas comunes estan muy bien, piscinas, restaurantes, bar y el personal de esa area muy amables y pacientes, una visa hermosa y facil de comunicarse a el pueblo.
Aspectos negativos: El check-in tardo demasiado, llegamos a las 4 y tardamos casi una hora, en la habitación no servia el Internet, nos quedamos 4 noches teníamos que trabajar y debimos bajar para poder trabajar, aparte llamamos y preguntamos para nos ayudaran y ninguna de las \
