Amazing views and a lovely host

Aspectos positivos: The lady who runs the place, is easily the loveliest person i met on my entire trip round Colombia. The views are amazing just like the pictures. I hired a kayak to go out on the lake, which was very tranquil. Bus station is about a 10min walk away. I did enjoy the novelty of having a bath out on the balcony

Aspectos negativos: Breakfast was nice but so so small. I was still starving!

A really comfortable stay with incredible views from our room.

Aspectos positivos: We chose the Presidential Suite as it had a wonderful view over the lake and El Penol in the distance. Waking up in the morning with the 180 degree view was a real treat. The hotel is on the edge of town which means it's quite but just a short, safe walk to the centre.

Aspectos negativos: We didn't dislike anything about our stay.

Truly amazing experience!

Aspectos positivos: Such an amazing/tranquil stay with amazing staff, views, and a wonderful balcony bath! The manager was incredibly friendly and attentive which made the stay perfect. Wonderfully flexible too and helpful beyond.

Aspectos negativos: The neighbours below were loud at night. We had to call reception about the girl's voice/music. I would just say pay attention to this in the future. I asked for sunny side up eggs in the morning and the waitress wouldn't budge in terms of how they are made. This is a little stubborn in my opinion as they only do scrambled eggs/omellette. I don't think it's a big ask.

Amazing, will stay there again when I go back to Guatapé.

Aspectos positivos: Everything was absolutlely awasome, the rooms, the breaksfast, the view, the balcony with the bathtub was amazing, everyone was very nice and helpful. The location was also prefect, not very far away from town, 10min aprox, but quiet at night time to rest.

Beautiful hotel with view on the lake & la piedra, everything important is only a short walk away.

Aspectos positivos: The view was amazing, the hotel is out of the traffic area and busy streets, but everything is still easy to reach in an easy 5 minute walk. The breakfast was very good. Sandra was very friendly and helpful. I would come again.

Aspectos negativos: The balcony door needs to be renovated (did not close properly).

Plan to stay the night in Guatape.

Aspectos positivos: Beautiful location with nature views including the lake and El penol in the distance. The room was clean. The property was well maintained and felt very safe. Breakfast was delicious. And the staff was absolutely wonderful. And for those who are unfamiliar with the town, it is absolutely beautiful and worth your time. I would strongly suggest staying at least one night so you can take your time and enjoy the bright, beautiful streets, friendly people, and beautiful views.

Aspectos positivos: Great view, extremely clean, and fantastic staff. Great balcony. Sandra was an excellent manager.

Aspectos negativos: No chairs in the room, no bedside reading lamps, and limited power charging outlets. No outlets near the head of the bed. Curtains do not block the light very well.

Aspectos positivos: We picked this hotel for the view over the lake to the rock, and it did not disappoint. We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying this view.

Great place to relax after a day in Guatepe

Aspectos positivos: Our stay was simply amazing, nice views, quite location but still walkable to downtown, kayak rental, super friendly stuff and delicious breakfast. Highlight was the bathtub on the terrace, we would always come back!

Aspectos positivos: Great place!! Highly recommended!! The room and bed were super comfy. The staff, especially the lady in the reception (apologies i dont remember her name), was super friendly and helpful. We had an amazing time, wished we could have stayed longer!
