Aspectos positivos: The baths where lovely and the staff where friendly and very helpful

Aspectos negativos: The main restaurant beside the baths does not allow you dine in the dressing gown your wear around the facility and there is now external heaters at the table they allow you to dine at in the evening in a gown. Room was new but was not fully finished .

Aspectos negativos: We hoped for a room not so close to the reception. Cabanas looked very nice, not sure how they assign the rooms.

Aspectos positivos: It’s one of the most spectacular hotels in Colombia and very unique. It’s an unmissable experience for anyone that loves Colombia, hot springs and the facilities.

Aspectos negativos: The hotel is so exclusive and popular that it is a bit inflexible with things like early check ins, later check outs, bringing guests for dinner, complaints about lacking of essentials such as gel shower.

Beautiful and lovely place to stay

Aspectos positivos: Excellent facilities, clean, beautiful, well maintained. Staff very friendly and all places were gracefully designed.

Aspectos negativos: I will suggest to improve the quality and diversity of the food offered in the restaurant. It will be useful to include additional hangers and drying spots in the rooms for towels and bathrobes

Aspectos positivos: Hotel area is beautifully designed and the pools are really amazing. Great location in the middle of the mountains (about 30min from Manizales)

Aspectos negativos: Staff is kind, but messed up our taxi booking. We had to wait therefore half an hour extra and nearly missed our connection. Food was overpriced and not that great Bed was really hard (as usual in Colombia)

Overall, a very nice experience. Hopefully, a few things can be improved — I’d love to come back someday.

Aspectos negativos: What could be improved: The private hot spring pool could be cleaned more thoroughly, as there were some sediments inside. Also, breakfast could be more varied — for a high-end hotel, it would be great to have more options instead of repeating the same simple dishes each day. The area around the private hot spring should have better insect and ant control. I was bitten by an ant on my back, which caused a bump. Although the front desk staff said it was nothing serious, it was still an unpleasant experience

Aspectos negativos: The only discomfort we experienced was with the bed, which was quite firm. After we requested assistance, we believe they added a mattress topper, which made it somewhat more comfortable, though the beds can still feel quite firm.
