Aspectos positivos: Amazing room, it was huge and massive windows. Beautiful hermal baths! Including your own jacuzzi thermal bath

Aspectos negativos: Staff weren't that friendly, it felt a bit like backpackers weren't their normal clientele so weren't too helpful.

I Loved it very much and I will love to go back there.

Aspectos positivos: Staff was always friendly, love the room and the view, I liked the breakfast but wish it was variable or more options

Aspectos negativos: only I wish that there were more options in breakfast and If they can put a Laundry (dryer) for the wet clothes that won't dry due the cold weather.

Aspectos positivos: Free access to main hot pools just a short walk away. Each room also has its own very small hot pool near the rooms. The staff were helpful. The restaurant is OK but nothing special. Note that the route to the hotel passes through a very unappetizing industrial area - have no fear as the hotel is away from that 😁

Aspectos negativos: Our room had a permanent sewer smell coming from the shower. The hotel has aged a little since the picture was taken 😊

Personal outdoor hot tubs, a nice room, good food and helpful staff.

Aspectos positivos: Each of the rooms came with a personal hot tub in an attractive spot in front of the rooms, The restaurant was very good. The room was modern and comfortable. Best of all, the staff were very helpful.

Aspectos negativos: I'm used to hot springs at home and I'd describe this one as a warm springs. But it was very busy with local visitors in the evening who were enjoying it and the good food from the restaurant. Not a dislike, but it can get quite chilly there in the evenings because of the altitude. The locals seemed to handle that much better than me and I'm from Canada!

Aspectos negativos: The location due to construction could be difficult to get in or out to Manizales.

Aspectos positivos: La baignoire d'eau thermale privée. Le lit king size hyper confortable.

Aspectos negativos: Les longues attentes au restaurant et le manque de légumes au restaurant.

Un día de relax

Aspectos positivos: Relación calidad precio. Habitación muy luminosa. Las piscinas increíbles (hubo un problema con una y estaba cerrada). Y las tinas, son lo más. La comida bien, sin más. Buen desayuno.

Aspectos negativos: Estaba a las afueras de Manizales. Es necesario ir en taxi.

Aspectos positivos: Las piscinas muy limpias, el sitio muy bonito y agradable.

Aspectos negativos: No diría que no me gustó pero hace falta donde colgar las toallas.

Un lugar hermoso rodeado de naturaleza

Aspectos positivos: Todo me gustó, la cama muy cómoda, el desayuno delicioso, ubicación cerca

Aspectos negativos: Sería bueno un sendero ecológico para salir a caminar

Aspectos positivos: La amabilidad del personal, disponibilidad de tina termal exclusiva y su higiene, la mesa de comedor asignada y la belleza de sus jardínes.
