Great space, mixed experience

Aspectos positivos: The location, safe neighbourhood, walking distance to everything I needed. Very spacious room, I had the room with the courtyard and I was amazing to have all this space. Breakfast was delicious and cleaning was done daily.

Aspectos negativos: Unlike most people here, I didn't think the staff was that friendly, I know with my pigeon Spanish I'm annoying, but at least I try to speak it. One young guy at the reception acted like I was bothering him when I tried to ask something, I didn't have the courage to ask anything from anyone else afterwards. Also it is very noisy there in the evening - I think the courtyard is close to a restaurant or something, bring earplugs.

Lovely place

Aspectos positivos: Very nice place located central in Manila. Friendly staff, good size room and yummy breakfast.

Safe area with loads of restaurants and bars.

Aspectos positivos: Good choices for a decent breakfast on the roof terrace (except they didn’t have joghurt 🙁). Reception staff really helpful and friendly. Printed off our bus tickets, and stored our luggage for a few days. Quiet and good air conditioning .

Aspectos negativos: Room a bit small and only an internal window.

Great place to unwind after a busy day

Aspectos positivos: Perfect location and very comfortable and relaxed. Having a balcony was great. I spent two weeks here when I first arrived in Colombia and booked to stay again for my last two nights.

Great value for money!

Aspectos positivos: The location was perfect very central, I felt safe and there are many good restaurants at the street. All the staff were very nice and very helpful. Breakfast was good. Shower was good, good aircon, the facilities were great overall, very clean, the tv works well. Overall very good place, I absolutely recommend!!!

Aspectos negativos: Sound proofing wasn't great...

Little oasis in busy Poblado.

Aspectos positivos: Great location and staff with comfortable facilities and good breakfast. The balcony was a great place to retreat to and people (and squirrel and bird) watch after a day out and about. So good I’ve already booked to come back.

Aspectos negativos: The hard plastic pillow covers. Hopefully over time they’ll all be replaced with the soft ones.
