Aspectos positivos: Fabulous location in El Poblado, away from the noise, but safe and secure neighbourhood with shops and restaurants and metro in walking distance. There is a hostel with rooftop parties across the street, but they finished early during our stay (from Sun to Wed). It’s a beautiful hotel with professional staff. We loved the check-in - instead of standing at counter you could chill on the couch while everything was sorted out. A la carte breakfast was delicious.

Aspectos negativos: That is a first world problem, but there were no glasses in the room and upon asking you could get only paper cups. Breakfast could have more drinks than just a choice between coffee OR juice. Nevertheless, it was delicious.

Aspectos positivos: Great location, right next to several bars and cafes, close to Poblado Metro Station. The room was clean , the bed was comfortable. Several great breakfast options.

Aspectos negativos: You cannot open the window, so the room gets stuffy. But the air condition is good

Nice spot, neat and nice rooms, but disappointing breakfast!

Aspectos positivos: Comfy rooms, lighting gadget to set the mood. Deluxe rooms are spacious enough. The neighborhood is quiet yet vibrant for dinner and evenings out.

Aspectos negativos: Included breakfast is so restrictive: it is juice OR coffee, omelette is with cheese OR ham. It did not felt like a 4-star hotel breakfast. The last day staff did apologize and seemed more open, but definitely something we should not have to complain about.

Clean and great location

Aspectos positivos: Very good staff and kind, rooms were super clean they went above and beyond and the rooftop was super cute. Only thing id say is it would be nice if we could see out of the windows

We were in Medellin specifically for the flower festival - lovely atmosphere and specially enjoyed our walking tour of C

Aspectos positivos: Location was excellent, close to lots of restaurants. Hotel was very clean and breakfasts were delicious.

Aspectos negativos: Our room was directly across the road from a hostel which was noisy with loud music until about 23.30 but after this it was quiet. Also we were supposed to have a fridge in our room but tbh we didn’t really miss it. Had to request towels/toilet rolls on two separate occasions. All relatively minor issues and when brought to the attention of management were resolved quickly.

Amazing place with great staff!

Aspectos positivos: We had a great stay here. It’s in a very good location with wonderful staff. I will totally recommend this place to everyone and so try there breakfast it’s very good.

The hotel’s location is perfect, nestled in a vibrant area that offers easy access to local attractions and stunning views. Additionally, the delightful scent of fresh lemongrass wafts through the public spaces, creating an inviting and calming atmosphere that enhances the overall experience.

Aspectos negativos: The breakfast offerings are somewhat inflexible, as they come pre-combined, which makes it difficult for guests to create their own ideal meal. This lack of customisation can be frustrating, especially for those with specific dietary restrictions. For instance, if someone is allergic to a certain ingredient or prefers a vegetarian option, they might find it challenging to adjust their order without facing additional charges. When modifications are requested, the establishment removes the original item but imposes a fee for any substitute, which can make the overall dining experience feel less accommodating and considerate of individual needs.

Aspectos positivos: Nicely designed. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Ideal location in the middle of Manila.
