I would stay again

Aspectos positivos: The hotel is very nice ,i stayed in an jacuzzi bedroom with balcony.it was awesome.the neighborhood is super with nice restaurants and hostels .the main zone for bars is 1km away,very close to the hotel.Th staff was helpful

Aspectos negativos: Sometimes in the day the net was off for 15-20 minutes but their is a solution ,ask the reception.

Good stay

Aspectos positivos: I liked the location, close to many restaurants and bars as well as the metro station Poblado. The room was small but good, perfect for a couple of nights in Medellin

Aspectos negativos: The breakfast is a bit limited, I would have loved having more choice for the buffet (e.g marmalade, croissants or something else other than bread)

Aspectos positivos: Very nice place to stay. Breakfast was good but strange they had instant coffee.

Aspectos negativos: Room was quite small but was fine.

Cool, comfortable hotel in El Poblado

Aspectos positivos: The hotel is beautifully designed and my room, along with the spacious bathroom, was big and comfortable. I really liked the desk in front of the big window framed by lush greenery. The hotel is located within a 15 min walk from the main Poblado action hub around Parque Lleras, not that you ever need to go there because there is already so much choice of restaurants and cafes around (Mamasita Medallo is a really fun place, but you have to book). Personally, I prefered the more low-key vibe of this area. It's also within walking distance to the El Poblado metro stop, making it a good base from which to explore the city. Friendly staff.

Aspectos negativos: The main problem for me was the noise coming from motocycles, which cause a lot of noise pollution in El Poblado. It's not the hotel's fault, but worth mentioning for light sleepers. The earplugs I got from Reception helped, but I mostly had to sleep with the pillow over my head. Breakfast is also very basic, especially if you don't eat eggs in the morning. Some more continental breakfast options such as pastries and jam would be welcome (there was a waffle on the menu but this was extra). Additionally, in a country well known for its coffee and many varieties of fruit, there is really no excuse to serve instant coffee and artificial juice. It was a shame for the lovely rooftop location with a view of the mountains.

Aspectos positivos: After check in we got a big room as we requested but AC was a bit noisey, we ask for room change and front desk staff ( Milena ) is been very helpfull and change our room with a very good room which we loved it and made our stay memorable. Room design was unique snd different from regular hotel rooms, so give you different vibe

Aspectos positivos: Very loveley area with a lot of cafes, Restaurants and bars :) good vibe. Delicious breakfast, and good room :)

Pleasant stay. Friendly staff.

Aspectos positivos: Reception staff very friendly and helpful, in particular, Diego (who helped us with an early check-in and room change). Excellent location for restaurants & bars. Short walk to El Poblado metro station. Comfortable bed and room. Nice shower with good water pressure and ample hot water.

Aspectos negativos: Breakfast was adequate, but jam or marmalade of some sort would have been nice. Note that not all double rooms have a window (not easy to spot on photos_.

Aspectos positivos: Location was perfect. Good breakfast. Friendly workers.

Aspectos negativos: The mattrass need to change, there is a sag in the middle that causes pain in the back. (Room 402)

Aspectos positivos: The location of the Manila Hotel is excellent with lots of bars & restaurants close by, and Poblado & the metro in easy walking distance. We quite liked the parred back, slightly industrial style. The breakfast was alright, not great. We made a couple of suggestions to the reception staff which they took up. Whilst it's on a busy corner, traffic noise didn't keep us awake.

Aspectos negativos: The Deluxe Double room was small, not really a double room & certainly not 'deluxe'. Breakfast was mediocre, the bread stale & the coffee poor.

Great hotel, great time

Aspectos positivos: Awesome place. Very nice rooms, altough ours was quite small. We loved the rooftop terrace where also the breakfast is served. Staff was very helpful and the location was in walking distance to all the fun in El poblado.
