Aspectos positivos: The best hotel during my trip in Colombia. Modern and new hotel, quiet at night and very friendly staff. Close to everything in poblado

Aspectos positivos: Spacious and comfortable room for a great price! Very clean, smart TV available and had hot water in the shower. Location is perfect too. Receptionist available 24/7. We booked a double room and ended up in a room with two double beds which was great to get better sleep

Aspectos negativos: The only issue if I had to find one was the noise of a generator outside, next to the window but with earplugs it's no issues

Aspectos positivos: Location very good, lots of stuff around for food and drinks, laundry. Also I was very sick during my stay but the staff were really nice and helped me a lot, thank you!

Friendly staff and nice neighborhood

Aspectos positivos: Staff was nice and the hotel even organised an airport taxi. There was always somebody at the reception, which is nice if you get home late or you have questions. The neighborhood is great!

Aspectos negativos: There was a kitchen in my room but completely empty (no pans, plates, glasses, ...), so you cannot use it if you don't bringt your own stuff. The shampoo provided may not be satisfying if you have long hair.

All what you need

Aspectos positivos: I like the location, staff is really nice. They only speak Spanish but a small conversation works. Good, hot shower and good airco. WiFi is good as well

Aspectos positivos: The most of all location is perfect close to cafes, restaurants and pubs and in the same time 10min on foot to the El Poblado metro station. Room is small and cozy. Bed and pillows are super comfortable. Staff is so nice and trying to help with every request.

Aspectos negativos: Bathroom is so small that all the time you bunch in something, maybe it is better door of the bathroom to be removed to get a little bit more space. Also some hangers in the room and in the bathroom are missing. Only small window in the corridor which makes the room pretty wet and light very bad.

Aspectos positivos: Great, safe location. You can reach many restaurants in just a few minutes by foot. Metro stop and big supermarket also in walking distance. Easy check in process, quiet, good AC, nice shower with hot water, modern and new. You don't get any daylight as there is no window but we didn't mind; bathroom is pretty small. Our room was cleaned after two nights which we appreciated. Overall we were really happy with our choice and would stay at Elemont again!
