Delightful stay, perfect room.

Aspectos positivos: The room was perfect, very clean and big. Reception 24/7, very kind and available. They offered a lot of services.

Aspectos negativos: It would be a 10 if only the shower mixer was a bit better

Aspectos positivos: The staff are great: they let me check out at 1pm for free. The location is perfect! The shower is also amazing. In general, it was a great value for money.

Aspectos negativos: NOISE! A lot of noise from the parties on the street and also from the other rooms. Beds are not comfy.

Aspectos positivos: The location is excellent — probably the safest street in Colombia. The street where it’s located was named the coolest street in South America by Time Out magazine, and it’s true.

Great location and lovely staff!

Aspectos positivos: Very nice staff, amazing location right on the party street, so it’s great for those who want to celebrate

Aspectos negativos: The room was very loud, as the door of the room doesn’t touch the floor, it feels as the sound comes straight to the room. Also, there is no window in the room, nor in the bathroom, and no ventilation, so a bit problematic. But if you come for short stay and want to be in the main location, it’s fair.

I would live in this hotel all year round

Aspectos positivos: Everything was perfect, the hotel is in the pedestrian zone of Provenza, the safest area of Medellin. So you can walk around and enjoy the whole area where the restaurants, bars and shops are on foot. Karol G's restaurant is in front of the hotel and Maluma's is on the left. Very cool atmosphere. Provenza is definitely one of the best streets of the world .

Aspectos positivos: The front desk staff was friendly and always ready to help and give advices about the area, the cleanliness of the hotel, it was just awesome, housekeeping team made my day with a service I asked for, it is a brand new hotel that is located in one of the best neighborhoods of Medellín, I definitely will stay again there.

Ubicación excelente

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación es excelente 👌🏼... el personal era muy amable, todo muy limpio y bastante cómodo.

Aspectos negativos: Si bien la ubicación es excelente, las habitaciones que dan hacia la calle durante las noches no se podía conciliar bien el sueño, ya que se escuchaba el ruido de afuera (música fuerte). Por suerte pudimos estar en una habitación alejada de la calle.
