Aspectos positivos: One of the nicest hotels: very clean, great facilities - coffee machine, complementary water, coffee and tea, excellent room organization, comfortable beds, hot shower, very nice view from the window.
Aspectos negativos: The smell from the restaurants/ barbecues downstairs. It s difficult to air the room.

Aspectos negativos: I like everything except the room I had the washroom separate than the bathroom and separate them the hand wash sink that's the only thing I didn't like

Great location, clean and well-equipped rooms with amazing views and good service, but a bit noisy
Aspectos positivos: I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is perfect — right in the heart of the city, close to everything. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the essentials: TV, Wi-Fi, iron, toiletries, bottled water, hair dryer, etc. I also loved the amazing view from both my room and the rooftop terrace. The hotel’s restaurant and service were excellent as well. The neighbourhood is a lively party area, full of nightclubs and bars, so it can get quite noisy at night. Fortunately, the hotel provides good soundproof windows and complimentary earplugs, which made it possible for me to sleep without any problems. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for its location, views, and great service.
Aspectos negativos: The only downside was the ventilation system, which made a constant humming sound (like white noise). While it might actually help some people fall asleep, it could be a bit annoying for light sleepers.

Aspectos positivos: Great location, clean modern hotel with nice amenities.
Aspectos negativos: Things can get a bit noisy after dark because of the location. It's difficult to block the sunlight after sunrise, so it might be good to bring something that you can use to cover your eyes. Overall the hotel is good but lacks some soul.

Little gem in fantastic location
Aspectos positivos: The location is fantastic with lots of great shops, bars, restaurants, and nightlife within walking distance - literally the next street. It's reasonably close to public transport (20 mins walk). The staff are friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The standard rooms are a bit small but very well designed with lots of storage and they are immaculately clean.
Aspectos negativos: There really isn't much to fault this hotel, so these comments are just minor details... Breakfast isn't included but there is room service available from the downstairs restaurant and loads of options on the surrounding streets. I thought the mattress was too hard, but that's a personal preference.

Good Location
Aspectos positivos: The hotel is closed to many restaurants and download centro. It has great view to the hill on top of the centro. The room has electric blind that is really new to me.
Aspectos negativos: It will be nice if they can put a chair in the room.

Aspectos positivos: Everything was super! From the arrival until the check out! The room was exceptional. Everything was clean. The sound of Provenza was not as loud as I expected and was absolutely bearable. The location I believe is one of the best with many options of restaurants around the hotel. The restaurant of the hotel as well is exceptional. The staff very friendly and professional at the same time. It is necessary to mention that the hotel provides areas to work or relax wich can be very helpful especially if you have a late departure flight.
Aspectos negativos: The room was not so spacious but with the terrace to enjoy some fresh air it is not such a big problem!

Aspectos positivos: Very comfortable room, very well equipped, very attentive staff, always at your service. The hotel is very well located in the Provence area, with a very active nightlife and many bars and restaurants.
Aspectos negativos: The area is very animated, so expect a bit of noise.
