Greenery everywhere, great location and very attentive staff

Aspectos positivos: Fantastic stay in the heart of El Poblado. Such a convenient location, walking distance from everything you need. The staff are amazing, they were so flexible with us adding an extra night at the same rate, rescheduling massages and even packing our included breakfast when we weren’t feeling well. They have WhatsApp communication with reception which is so easy to use and they are very responsive. Loved the room which reflects the beautiful greenery in Medellin. One of our favourite stays ever around the world!

Aspectos negativos: They could have had a closet in the room which would have been convenient.

Great hotel overall

Aspectos positivos: The hotel itself is beautiful and chic. Enjoyed beverages at the bar on the rooftop. The staff were very friendly and polite and we were well looked after during our stay

Aspectos negativos: The rooms are much smaller than they appear, especially for two guests. We also had no expectation that there would be no privacy on the shower door and that you could visibly see someone using the shower if you were in the room at the same time. As friends travelling, this was an issue.

Aspectos positivos: Staff were helpful and friendly, clean rooms, comfortable beds, rooms well laid out, well decorated, lovely rooftop pool and bar, well located for all bars and restaurants in El Poblado

Aspectos negativos: There wasn't anything we didn't like. The rooms were smaller in comparison to other cities in Colombia but we could tell this from the pictures when we booked so wouldn't say it was an issue for us more a watch out for those booking, book the bigger rooms if you need space

Aspectos positivos: The location is perfect, and the hotel itself is beautiful. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional staff. Every team member took the time to introduce themselves and have a chat with us, making us feel truly welcomed. Whenever we had an issue, the hotel responded quickly and sent someone to assist us right away.

Lovely hotel and great value.

Aspectos positivos: Staff super helpful and really nice! Very clean hotel with lovely aesthetics. Amazing rooftop! Great shower & very comfortable bed. Perfect location to get around.

Aspectos negativos: Was quite loud to try and sleep, maybe something could be done to the windows to help. Rooms are on the smaller side, to note If you have a large suitcase each like us.
