The Somos Beats Hotel & Rooftop

Aspectos positivos: Rated a 8 but could be a 10. Nice staff, comfortable bed, location is near restaurants and bars and breakfast is very good.

Aspectos negativos: Friday and Saturday they run a bar on rooftop, it's very very loud until 2 am. Too bad if you have a room nearby... watch out.

Aspectos positivos: The Somos Beats hotel was a great stay. I enjoyed how close it was to all the nightlife and venues. You're literally in the heart of Poblado. I enjoyed the Mosquito rooftop bar/lounge which had great views and good food and drinks. The staff were very nice and attentive all the time. I would definetly recommend Somos Beats when coming to Medellin for a couple nights.

Aspectos positivos: I had a fantastic stay at Somos in Medellín! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. My room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast each morning was amazing—definitely a highlight. A special shoutout to Michael from the cafeteria, who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The location is also perfect—close to everything you might want to explore in the city. I highly recommend checking out the rooftop bar, which has a great atmosphere and really good vibes. I’d definitely stay here again!

Aspectos positivos: Lovely modern rooms, super comfortable beds. Breakfast was a 10/10

Aspectos negativos: We stayed over a weekend and the music on the Saturday night rooftop bar was super loud in the room. Won’t be an issue if you plan on staying out late or don’t stay in the room directly under the bar.

Aspectos positivos: I liked the cleanliness of the room as well as how spacious it was . I enjoyed the rooftop bar.

Aspectos negativos: The lack of breakfast options, same meal everyday. Although the only meal at the hotel on each of the 4 nights, by the second day I was ready for something different to eat.

Aspectos negativos: Despite the breakfast was very delicious it may should have a bit larger portions and be different everyday, the windows did not open in the room so there was not much fresh air. The window in the bathroom could only open

overall a great option, perfect location for all your needs, delicious breakfast but still fairly noisy.

Aspectos negativos: lack of mirrors and layout could’ve been better as only 1 bedside table. we couldn’t get into the rooftop bar when it was open as it was too busy even though we were guests. couple of issues with water temperature but they sorted straight away. very noisy at night from both the rooftop bar and other rooms.

Aspectos positivos: Everything about our stay was wonderful! We really enjoyed it. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, the location was incredibly convenient, and the view from the terrace was stunning. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The rooms were not only clean but also beautifully designed, creating a lovely and comfortable atmosphere. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
