Perfect for a short stop in Medellin.

Aspectos positivos: Modern urban style with lots of local feeling and detail. Beautiful breakfast room, great architecture.

Aspectos positivos: The hotel is in a great location, the rooms were excellent, the breakfast was delicious and the staff were super friendly 10/10 experience.

Aspectos negativos: The rooftop restaurant wasn't very impressive, and the voucher they gave me for a welcome cocktail was only good for a beer. My room was very clean and comfortable, but it was definitely not even close to being 236 square feet, more like 136. Thankfully, I was traveling solo, and it didn't really matter

Great location for going out with a comfortable bed, just not the best hotel in El Poblado

Aspectos positivos: The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were polite. I really liked the theme and decor in the hotel room and in the restaurant on the balcony. Very large and spacious bedroom.

Aspectos negativos: I did not like that all of the guests at this hotel had to wear wrist bands, as I feel like it makes the guest and myself more of a target as it stands out that we are not from Medellin or Colombia. I have stayed in a couple of different hotels in Medellin and this is the only hotel to make its guests wear hotel wrist bands. The restaurant did not have a large selection of options on the menu, although, the food served was delicious and very good and the service was quick. This hotel was quite load and busy when we arrived. The breakfast was mediocre and ok but it was not spectacular. Not much space in the bathroom when you go to the toilet or to use the shower, you literally could not throw a cat in there it is so confined.

Aspectos positivos: Perfect location, close to Lleras Park. The neighborhood is quite noisy at night, but this was no surprise. Very spacious room. Good WiFi. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Aspectos negativos: Breakfast was good but not so many choice. Prices of tours and taxis arranged by backoffice of hotel are expensive

Enjoyed the stay but needs some improvements.

Aspectos positivos: The hotel is very well designed, clean and good located. The roof top is also nice. They clean the room and change towels everyday (even if you don’t ask for it with the door tag). The staff is friendly.

Aspectos negativos: I would prefer not wear this paper bracelet all day, everyday; it feels like you are marked and you can be spotted very easily by the locals when you go out and stroll around. As an alternative, the hotel could offer a silicon bracelet that I can show it to the reception, bar, etc, when it is needed. The breakfast buffet was everyday the same. I believe every 2 or 3 days it could change slightly. The insulation was not good and during a busy and noisy day/night you could hear every sound from outside (bars, music, constructions, cars). Many times it felt like we had the balcony door open.. no difference at all. Last but not least the hotel offers some nice daily trips but if they don’t get the min number of people required, the cancel the trip. That makes sense but we enrolled ourselves 3 days in a row in multiple options and none of them happened. Maybe they could collaborate with another hotel nearby to make sure that they won’t have disappointed customers. Because it was disappointing and every night we had to re-organise our next day.

Aspectos positivos: On a positive note, the reception staff were very helpful and friendly, especially when it came to organising taxis and booking tours, which made our stay much easier.

Aspectos negativos: Breakfast was decent but became repetitive after a few days. A bit more variety would make a big difference for guests staying longer. The rooftop is highly promoted, and we were excited to enjoy it — however, it was privatised twice during our 5-day stay, limiting access. Our room was quite small — it was difficult to open two suitcases at the same time, which made the space feel very tight.
