Friendly and helpful staff, good food, clean and good security

Aspectos positivos: Everyone is extremely helpful. The room was very clean and comfy. The breakfast was goof. There was quite a choice. There was a lot of noise outside throughout the night but not the fault of the hotel. Taxi drivers told me it is a very safe area with a number of restaurants and bars a short walk away. It is some distance from the main centre of Medellin

Aspectos negativos: It was one of the better hotels I stayed in and in a safe location but a long taxi ride from the centre.

Enjoyable stay

Aspectos positivos: The room was incredible and clean with nice views of the neighbourhood. The showers and bathtubs were amazing especially since we wanted to relax after partying the day before! The location is a block from the Main Street so it was easy to get to and from restaurants and bars

Aspectos negativos: We were in the room on the top floor so we could hear the music from the bar above. It does stop around midnight but it was pretty loud. We didn’t have an issue with this as we weren’t sleeping yet but if you’re a light sleeper then this might be an issue.

Lovely hotel but miss a little touch extra

Aspectos positivos: The location, the decoration, the size of the room.

Aspectos negativos: Breakfast was very limited in choice but it was very tasty, there was only 1 face towel for 2 of us and it was very annoying having to ask every day for the 2nd towel.

Aspectos positivos: The hotel is new, the room was nice. Decent breakfast. Valeria at the Front Desk was extremely attentive and helpful. Great location - close to all local restaurants.

Aspectos negativos: The noise. There are a few places by the hotel that open until morning with loud music and screaming people. Additionally, at the hotel rooftop bar the prices are unreasonably too high.

Aspectos positivos: A resaltar, la atención del personal. Fue excelente desde el primer momento. Incluso antes de llegar, se comunican contigo e informan sobre todo lo que necesites Una de las recepcionistas nos ayudó a programar todos los tours, taxi o cualquier recomendación solicitada Son muy encantadores y atentos La habitación, limpia, comoda y agradable. El desayuno es continental todos los días, para nosotros no fue un problema ya que es lo que nos gusta También cenamos un día en el el rooftop y la comida estaba exquisita En resumen, nuestra estancia en LIN Boutique fue perfecta.
