Aspectos negativos: We didn’t enjoy the tour the hotel recommended. The guide was very rude and I didn’t even get to sit with my partner for the entire partner. People had taken over several seats with bags and we asked if we could sit together but the guide never helped us do that - we were the last to be picked up for the tour. This was super disappointing as I needed my partners help to translate and I felt I missed a lot because of this

Aspectos positivos: Staff where very helpful, they made us fill welcome, breakfast wa also good. The bed was confortable, location was excellent. The shower had glass doors, good for the extroverts, not as much for me. Everything was great apart for the room not been the best in my personal opinion but it is a normal zise for the area. I just don't like darkness in an enclosed area. It was OK for two nights though.

Aspectos negativos: The room I stayed in was too small and only had a very small window so no natural light in there, lit was also smaller than how it appeared in the online photos.

Perfect place to stay and wonderful staff all around

Aspectos positivos: the place was super comfortable clean, Gerba and Michelle the cleaning ladies super nice and helpful. Matheo at the front desk very helpful also and even upgraded my room. Neleys at the bar the freindliest smile in Medellin. The Manager super nice and every one else I dont know there name including the quite young woman with glasses behind the Bar. Stall were 10.

Aspectos negativos: Breakfast was included and quite nice. I had a orange juice which was 75% ice and asked for a refill. Was charged 7000 cop when I checked out for this. Breakfast was included. To replace the ice with a couple of ounce of juice was ridiculous and argued it to no avail. It makes me sorry because otherwise it would have been a perfect 10. Love you Neleys

Nice modern boutique style hotel

Aspectos positivos: Trendy and modern boutique hotel with super friendly and helpful staff. We don't speak much Spanish and they were able to help us with a smile everytime! Breakfast was excellent and the wait staff were very friendly and attentive. Good size comfy bed, and we got a room upgrade to one with a balcony. Very close to all the great restaurants and bars in the area. We felt very safe in this area.

Great beds, great location!

Aspectos positivos: The most amazing mattress. I was at the end of my trip in Colombia and I had the best night there. Location was great too. In Poblado but quiet and you have lots of restaurants and cafes around.

Aspectos negativos: I didn’t have a window in my room and the walls are thin you can hear everything!

Love the neighborhood, tree lined street and quietness.

Aspectos positivos: The Manager upgraded my room which was unexpected and highly appreciated after reading on the reservation that I was staying for a week. The cleaning staff as well as the reception was courteous, respectful and friendly.

Aspectos negativos: The only reason I gave a 9 in the review was because the shower didn't have hot water, it was warm but not hot, and after walking all day a hot steaming shower is needed. Also the sink water flow was very small. Both water issues were reported after a few days at the hotel and were fixed immediately. Perhaps a check should be done int he rooms often to see if there are any issues. Otherwise I hope to make it back to the same place sooner than later.

Aspectos positivos: Location, location and location. Staff were very friendly and well trained. Excellent breakfast and food. The room is comfortable and the bed and bedding very comfortable. Everything is close, restaurant, bar, metro, buses.

Aspectos negativos: Two things I found needs to be improved: Lighting in the room (very dark now, as it has no windows) and second the shower drain did not function properly.

Aspectos positivos: La habitación tenía una decoración muy linda, muy limpia y un buen aire acondicionado.

Aspectos positivos: El precio, la ubicación, la atención del personal, la cama comodísima y sábanas impecables, las instalaciones siempre con olor a limpieza. El desayuno es rico y a precio regular. Hubo una confusión de mi parte con la reserva en booking y me resolvieron con la atención de pasarme a la habitación superior con balcón privado, súper!
