Aspectos positivos: The view from the balcony is lovely. Quiet neighborhood.

Aspectos negativos: Kitchen needs better knives and more supplies. No coffee maker. No extra toilet paper.

Aspectos positivos: Excellent location for taking the metro. Breakfast was a short walk away. Staff was always available.

Aspectos negativos: Nothing. It was all good.

Great Hotel with very friendly staff!

Aspectos positivos: I love this hotel! The view from the room was stunning. Ladies on the reception desk are extremely friendly and professional. Location of the hotel is also very good. The view from our room was a breath taking!

Aspectos negativos: Absolutely nothing. Everything was jus perfect!

For me I recommend

Aspectos positivos: The room was clean and spacious, apartment-style, with basic equipment and a welcome bag of coffee. The room matched the photos. The only thing I missed was maybe a kitchen knife :) . The staff is nice and friendly, and right upon arrival they explain the hotel rules, among other things. Even before your stay, they contact you via WhatsApp and offer to arrange transportation to/from the hotel. In my case, I also had the option to accommodate one guest included in the room price, which was exactly what I needed for my girlfriend. Accommodation is paid in full upon arrival at the hotel. The hotel does not have its own restaurant in the building – on one hand that’s a pity, but since breakfast at a nearby modern-looking café is tasty and just a few steps away on the next street, I personally don’t see it as a problem.

Aspectos positivos: super helpful staff, the fact that breakfast was not in the hotel worked well for us, very clean and modern with exposed concrete, good location 15 minutes to the metro, street is also audible at night - but not very disturbing

Aspectos positivos: relatively quiet place for Medellin, very clean, the girls at the reception were very helpful even though they didn't speak English and I spoke Spanish, we communicated through Google Translate. They tried to explain everything nicely and if there was a problem they solved everything for you. I liked that there is a kitchen, if you don't want to go out for dinner in the evening you can make basic food in your room. Breakfast is across the street in another hotel (3 minutes walk) and there was plenty to choose from, they were delicious.

Aspectos negativos: Disliked is not the right word but I was surprised that they did not speak English at the reception but it is a problem throughout Colombia. People are very helpful here everyone will help you in some way or using google translator. So there is no problem :)

Aspectos positivos: Very clean room. All members of staff were nice and helpful, especially the Happy Gentleman at reception desk.

Aspectos negativos: Breakfast is at another restaurant located on other street, not very convenient.

Excellent apartment great value for money

Aspectos positivos: I really liked the staff very friendly and helpful especially Lus irlanda Perez 💕and also Carlos who were perfect The room was large and modern. Nice shower and comfortable bed

Aspectos negativos: The location was very safe and quiet but was a little far to walk to busy area around 15 minutes. Saying that uber taxi is very reasonable.

Aspectos positivos: The bed is very comfortable, there is no noise from inside the hotel nor outside. Great airco, nice hot shower. The staff are super nice and helpful.

Aspectos negativos: The kitchen could have been better equipped.

Aspectos positivos: Vollständig ausgestattetes Appartement mit Küchenzeile. Etwas außerhalb der Innenstadt. Mit Uber oder Metro kommt man gut in die Stadt. Badezimmer mit warmer Dusche. Gemütliche Betten und viele Steckdosen. Sehr bemühtes Personal (leider kein Englisch).

Aspectos negativos: Frühstück gab es leider nicht im Hotel, sondern in einem Restaurant 2 Straßen weiter. Bei gutem Wetter in Ordnung. Frühstücksportion zu klein aber gut.
