Lovely place with great breakfast

Aspectos positivos: A great place to stay in Medellin, great location 10 min walk from Metro station. The staff are very lovely, and the breakfast is delicious. The whole place is very modern and extremely clean. The area felt safe!

Aspectos negativos: Our room didn't have a window but this didn't bother us. The shower was cold and the mattress / pillows very hard but from reading lots of reviews before booking this seems to be the case in lots of places. Not a lot of restaurants/cafes nearby but you can take the metro to El Poblado.

We absolutely loved it, and highly recommend it!

Aspectos positivos: Location: very quiet and central, very close to the metro station. There were many restaurants in the area too. Room: with all you need, a comfy bed and a good shower. Everything was spotless. Staff: they were brilliant, very helpful and kind, keen to help with everything. Breakfast was delicious too!

Great Hotel in lovely location

Aspectos positivos: The staff are excellent here. The rooms are as new and comfortable. The breakfast is also very nice. I also love the location as there is the metro, restaurants, bakeries and an OXXO nearby. My room had no window which is a drawback for me. I also think if they had some social outside space this would be great.

Aspectos positivos: This hotel located in a peaceful quite residential neighborhood, compared to the hotel on the main street of Laureles, Hotel 73 provides the peace. They are making breakfast freshly with sausage, toasts, tomatoes which is good and delicious. Very convenient to go to Metro B line and connect with the city.

Aspectos negativos: If you need the room with windows, I will suggest to advice them in ahead.

Aspectos positivos: Hemos estado alojados durante tres noches y la experiencia no ha podido ser mejor. Desde el primer momento nos hemos sentido como en casa: instalaciones impecables, ambiente agradable y un servicio excelente. Queremos destacar especialmente la amabilidad y profesionalidad de Daniela. Su trato cercano, siempre atenta y dispuesta a ayudar con una sonrisa, ha marcado la diferencia en nuestra estancia. Personas así hacen que un buen hotel se convierta en un lugar al que deseas volver. A un paso de la estación estadio, un barrio súper tranquilo☺️ Sin duda, repetiremos y lo recomendaremos. ¡Gracias por todo!

Aspectos positivos: Petit hôtel familial très sympa et bien situé. Tout à proximité. Nous avions la chambre familiale donc 2 chambres et un balcon très appréciable. Le garçon à la réception est très agréable, ils font tout pour arranger les choses.

Aspectos negativos: Le petit déjeuner moyen, salle de bain petite et pas fonctionnelle du tout.

Aspectos positivos: El apto está bn ubicado… aunque hay cierta zona donde a altas horas de la noche pueden haber habitantes de calle y es poco incómodo. El personal es muy amable.

Aspectos negativos: Hay que pedir cobijas, ya que no se encuentran dentro de la habitación. El piso de una de las habitaciones suena cada vez que caminas. El agua se queda estancada en la ducha.
