Nice hotel

Aspectos positivos: Location quite good, in a quiet neighborhood but close to more dynamic areas. Breakfast is nice. Rooms are ok, quite large and well equiped.

Aspectos negativos: Staff is nice, but here like almost everywhere in Columbia, you need to speak spanish : The level of english is quite low.

Spacious room!

Aspectos positivos: Located in safe area, supermarket and restaurants nearby, parks nearby. Money exchange point available inside the supermarket. Room was very spacious, nicely lit, very clean. Window was towards the inside of the building so was quiet. Staff was polite and friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok.

Aspectos negativos: Some people talking loudly on the phone in the hallway. Breakfast could improve.

Perfect stay

Aspectos positivos: Cute little hidden gem! Juan David went out of his way to accommodate me, and the morning staff kindly offered me coffee when I checked out early. The hotel is modern, and the gym facilities were great-I even managed to squeeze in a quick cardio session. There’s also a supermarket just around the corner. I’ll definitely be back! x

Aspectos positivos: A well-located welcoming hotel to explore all Laureles offers at good price.great location near the principal points of interests.football stadium,carrera 70,the park ect.breakfast was great and unlimited fruits and juices.the staff was amazing and very helpful,especially Luis spoke good English and thinks that I could be Denzel Washington stuntman lol.
