Excellent hotel.

Aspectos positivos: Great location. Loved the balcony, was great to sit and look out over the city. Staff was incredible, very helpful and pleasant. Comfy bed and room.

Superb hotel, location and service!

Aspectos positivos: The service was great, staff very helpful, the room huge and comfortable, the bar service to the room a super great surprise and the breakfast the best we had in Colombia. Many thanks to the concierge from Venezuela (can’t remember his name!) so helpful and kind! This hotel should be rated a 10, it’s one of the mos silent in Poblado!

Aspectos negativos: As a person who goes to the gym daily the only challenge was the gym could have had a bench and a rack of free weights . But there was a smart fit 8 mins walk from the property so that was sorted .

Aspectos positivos: This is well located.We had a slight problem at the but staff sorted it very quickly . We had lunch and dinner in the restaurant and it was excellent. The steak was delicious and cooked perfectly to our order . The staff could not be more helpful. All in all a great hotel to stay in .
