8.5/10 with small improvements the hotel is simply perfect

Aspectos positivos: Position is amazing, in the center of El Poblado, 10min away from Provenza. The hotel is very new, clean and modern. People at hotel are very helpful and gentle

Aspectos negativos: The room is simply amazing but windows cannot be opened so after few showers it started getting very humid. The shower is a walk in shower with half glass closure so it s impossible not to make all the floor wet

Convinient for few days visit

Aspectos positivos: Location, decoration and rooftop for breakfast. If planning to vist the city is a save area to explore the city and nice are and save area to walk at night.

Aspectos negativos: Rooms are not having good isolation. You hear neighbors tv and conversations. Need improvement to cope with this.

All together very nice and yes I would stay here again

Aspectos positivos: The staff especially Daniele and Ismael Are incredible. The room is very nice. The location is good and quiet. The tours you can book are fantastic. And the rooftop is beautiful

Aspectos negativos: As a vegan I wish more vegetables for breakfast like avocado , tomatoes etc. hummus Lentils. There are for sure more vegans on the way .

AMAZING HOTEL

Really great hotel

Aspectos positivos: Very good lcoation, directly in Poblado. Really friendly and helpful staff (especially Stiwen, Rodiso, Alex and John). Thanks again. Really good breakfast and free wifi everywhere. To the metro it is maybe 15 Min walk. Many shops and restaurants/bars close by

A clean, comfy, and modern boutique hotel

Aspectos positivos: The hotel is centrally located and despite being in a very busy area (lots of bars and restaurants), it is tucked away on a side street, providing a quieter area which is great to have minimal noise. The entire property from the lobby, to the room, to the breakfast area on the top floor is all modern, clean, and well decorated. It's a very stylish hotel, and incredible value for what we paid. The rooms are really nice, with a comfy bed, spacious bathroom/shower, and a large tv with streaming services. The breakfast included at the hotel offers a good variety of options, and you can order barista coffees from the bar as well. Overall was a very good stay and would recommend.

Aspectos negativos: Though only minor, the presentation of a lobby bar which is not operational is a bit misleading to guests. Despite presenting a stylish and fully stocked bar in the middle of the main floor, I was advised it was not functional. Maybe this is only temporary, and got lost in translation, but to have this only for decorative purposes and shown in hotel photos isn't the most honest representation of available amenities. Another minor issue was the in room water provided. A glass corked bottle with a card advising this is filtered water and the green initiatives and benefits it provided were included. As it contained less than a litre of water, two of us easily went through this halfway through the day, and I went down to request a refill, only to be advised there was a charge for this. Being that it was late and I didn't want to head out again to buy more from a shop, I agreed. The bottle arrived, with a loose fitting cork, and like the first bottle, tasted likely to just come from a tap somewhere. For a hotel presenting as a nice boutique property, it's not great to charge for basic filtered water. Providing drinking water to guests should not be an extra charge, especially when it is not properly bottled spring water or anything like that.

Aspectos positivos: Totally ideal hotel. MASSIVE and pristine bed. Huge clean spacious rooms with cosy lighting. Very hot large showers. Highly recommended. Classy “hip” colours and cool relaxed decor. Tucked away from the busy main streets and with internal windows only (facing onto a leafy green courtyard) it is the quietest stay possible. Certainly the best sleep we have had in Colombia! Really lovely and helpful staff. Free coffee/water at reception is a great touch. We chose to have breakfast (51000COP [£10]) on the last day and it had an excellent selection (buffet) of Colombian and international cuisine, including beautiful fruit. On the other days we grabbed coffee (7000COP) locally and empanadas (3000COP [£0.80]) on the street.

Aspectos negativos: Not a problem for us, but note that there are no external windows.

Aspectos positivos: Great location, many many restaurants in the area. Hot showers. Good wifi. Staff very friendly and helpful. Spoke English. Breakfast was good.

Aspectos negativos: Room 501 is next to the elevator and you could hear it going up and down. Water noise from other rooms was very loud in the pipes in our room. Floor 6 is restaurant floor and noise came down into our room. Too dark in the hotel for my wife but I found it ok. Coffee, milk, and hot water not out for people to self serve for breakfast, always had to ask staff each time making us wait. Should be put out for self serve.
