Wonderful Stay

Aspectos positivos: Very modern throughout. Big room with mini kitchen, huge flat screen TV, hot waterfall shower etc. Booked for 4 nights loved it so much extended for 2. Great communal areas and heated rooftop pool. Staff very attentive and friendly and a safe location. WiFi fast and stable.

Aspectos negativos: Just missed having some storage drawers.

Trendy hotel in great Laurels location.

Aspectos positivos: Comfortable bed, nice clean shower. Balcony on to busy street. Excellent breakfast. Friendly and efficient staff. Good laundry service. Pleasing rooftop bar and small pool area. Great location for getting around Medellín. Felt safe.

Aspectos negativos: Room was quite noisy -both from the street and from noise of pipes/shower in adjoining rooms. Problem solved by using earplugs.

Strong Service, Weak Soundproofing and Room Condition

Aspectos positivos: We stayed at the hotel for several nights. The staff was absolutely wonderful – friendly, helpful, and always available, which made our stay very pleasant. We especially enjoyed the gym, swimming pool, and sauna. The sauna required staff to turn it on in advance, but this was easily arranged upon request.

Aspectos negativos: We did not feel that the room fully matched the price level. It would have benefited from a more thorough deep cleaning, as there were quite a lot of stains and splashes on the walls. The room also felt somewhat worn and past its best days. The soundproofing was extremely poor. Our room was on the third floor, yet music played on the rooftop terrace could be clearly heard in our room. We could also hear doors slamming in neighboring rooms very distinctly. The lack of sound insulation significantly affected our sleep, and we had to use earplugs every night. The room’s window faced an inner courtyard/open atrium in the middle of the hotel, with a direct view into other rooms. We had to keep the curtains closed at all times for privacy. The location was not quite in the heart of Laureles. The surrounding area felt a bit less tidy at first, before reaching the central and more pleasant part of Laureles.

Beautiful spot to see Medellín

Aspectos positivos: Breakfast was really nice, the hotel is in a great area and the facilities are great. We loved the pool (which is heated) and the gym was useful as well. The view was also amazing, especially on NYE with all of the fireworks across the city

Aspectos negativos: A bit noisy (but we're in the middle of the city so nothing can be done about that). The lift was a bit slow because it covers the entire hotel and the roof. Also, there was very little space for clothes so we had to use our suitcases.

Aspectos positivos: Very very kind staff!! And the food was very delicious

A great stay with fantastic staff and rooftop, but the room layout needs improvement.

Aspectos positivos: Our stay was really good overall. The rooftop is amazing, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the food was excellent.

Aspectos negativos: The rooms were not great. They faced an inner patio where people could easily see inside, and the bathtub was inside the bedroom, which made the whole room humid and wasn’t ideal when traveling with friends. They were very dark because the walk are painted in black (?!)

Aspectos positivos: Modern hotel with friendly staff, fantastic location and services. The rooftop was what surprised me the most —great views and a heated pool.

Aspectos negativos: Only 2 improvement aspects: the rooms, they lack storage space and some areas like the movies space are non functional.

Clean, nice & good food

Aspectos positivos: Loved it had all the amazing facilities! Was there in late September- not really a party hostel at this time but still nice and chilled.

Aspectos negativos: It was quite far from the tourist places like el Poblado but it was night to see a different part of Medellín

Amazing stay!

Aspectos positivos: The staff was amazing, they were super, super kind. The hotel is beautiful, the pool is hot at any time. The food was amazing,, the breakfast in satio was delicious and the service incredible. The food on the roof top was delicious as well. I'll definitely come back.

Aspectos negativos: Just one of the blinds of my room was not working, not a big deal.

Perfect start of holidays in Colombia

Aspectos positivos: Check in was smooth at midnight. Staff really friendly & nice. Communication was possible in English. Rooftop pool & Gym was nice and also food options in rooftop dinning. We really liked the breakfast too- super healthy & yummy. Highly recommended
