Perfect location, excellent security, super clean, and friendly staff - highly recommend!

Aspectos positivos: Everything was fantastic! The area is secure and conveniently located near Laureles. It's only 15 minutes to Poblado by Uber. The property was super clean and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Parking was available which was very convenient.

Aspectos negativos: Nothing to complain about. Everything exceeded expectations. Maybe some noise beacuse is close to a main avenue

Aspectos positivos: The staff here are amazing. We had our 1.5yo daughter with us and by the end of our stay they all knew her name and greeted her every morning. The area also feels very safe.

Aspectos negativos: The gym was closed while we were staying which meant we had to do our workouts on the terrace which wasn't ideal.

Aspectos positivos: We recently stayed at this lovely hotel with our elderly relatives, and I cannot thank the staff enough for the outstanding service and care we received. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. Their attentiveness, kindness and patience made all the difference. This was more than just a hotel stay—it felt like being looked after by family. We’re incredibly grateful for the hospitality, highly recommended.

Aspectos positivos: Staff were nice. Most of the facilities worked fine. Bed was comfortable. Within walking distance of town centre and several cafes and restaurants.

Aspectos negativos: Hot water in shower didn't always work, and shower could get a bit slippery. Lifts were only for suitcases.

Aspectos positivos: The staff were AMAZING ! The receptionist was so helpful with my Moto parking - Gracias 🙏!

Aspectos negativos: Be aware only 2 car parks on sight - so likely you will need to pay at a secure lockup garage about 60 m down the block . I got a Street view room as wanted lots of lovely natural light - which it had , but beware constant road / motorbike noise until very late .

Exceptional hotel in an exceptional city, friendly and supercool staff

Aspectos positivos: Nice and helpfully and super friendly staff, superclean room, american breakfast. Well equipped room, glasses, fridge, tv, towels. Safe and quiet area. And the best thing was the daily sightseeing tour. Traveling to Colombia was my dream come true and Medellin is a very nice city. Cocora Valley and Medellin the best. Motorbike taxi is super cool. I need to learn spanish :-)

Aspectos positivos: The location it's perfect and safe,the best things all the staff,when you ask a question,they help you,very polite,friendly.We love Andrea,even after a week my daughter still talking about her. Hot shower,but the room 105 were very humid and smelly.

Aspectos positivos: The staff is lovely, the breakfast is fantastic and it’s located in a very safe and quiet area. The amenities are good and for this price, it’s very hard to beat in Medellin.

Aspectos negativos: The room can get quite hot as there is little ventilation and no AC, only a fan

Aspectos positivos: We were happy with our room with self-catering kitchen, and air conditioning. We ended up staying an extra 2 nights. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The main receptionist in particular was an absolute star.
