Aspectos positivos: Beautiful hotel with great location, amazing rooftop, and the kindest staff. Sara and Lis made my stay perfect and were so welcoming and helpful. Really loved the pool and cocktails on the roof - and amazing breakfast!

Aspectos positivos: Breakfast was great, Staff was fantastic in reception.

Aspectos negativos: Room was a little crowded, shower was cold on the last day, and we accidentally left some articles behind, that reception assured us nobody had seen. So tough luck for us. \

Aspectos positivos: My hotel stay between the 6th and 12th of January was wonderful—one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in, aside from some noise from nearby clubs. Although the hotel is located in a busy area, access is well controlled, and I felt extremely safe throughout my stay. The breakfast is exceptional. Rather than a buffet, everything is made to order using fresh fruit and juices, which really sets it apart. Daniel made my stay especially memorable with his outstanding hospitality and excellent recommendations on places to visit. He deserves huge credit, and I wish him every success in his future in hospitality—his customer service is truly excellent.

Aspectos positivos: they gave us a room on the Second floor, warning us that it was very noisy, but the upgrade to another room was far too high and so not fair. Otherwise , the stuff was very friendly and helpfull in any other cases.

Nice stay in Medallo

Aspectos positivos: Nicely located, best restaurants and bars around. Lovely staff, very helpful, very good breakfast. The reception asked us just to pay for one night, in order to asses if we could cope with the noise, coming from the bars in close approximity. After one night we decided to stay our full 3 nights. Short: if you like a crowded neighbourhood with lots of impressions this hotel is a good choice, we enjoyed it.

Aspectos negativos: It is a noisy neighbourhood, but the hotel is good, the food and service are excellent.
