The Charlee was a good trendy hotel and great location with excellent staff.
Aspectos positivos: The location of the property is fantastic. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable and spacious with extra seating and social space.
Aspectos negativos: The breakfast was not the best, but there is a fantastic cafe nearby. It was a bit loud later at night on the weekend, but they supply ear plugs.

Aspectos positivos: Location is great, staff are all friendly and attentive, especially Santiago. Gym was well equipped Room service food was high quality
Aspectos negativos: Breakfast options were limited. The rooftop bar looked nice but wasn’t open air and the pool was closed for refurbishment.

Aspectos positivos: Breakfast was excellent and staff welcoming and attentive. Reception staff also excellent. We had an excellent tour of the city but the tour for the coffee plantation was inappropriate.
Aspectos negativos: The price was too high. The tour to the coffee plantation was hugely inappropriate for two elderly women with walking canes and obvious mobility challenges. Our guide for this tour was a saint and a true gentleman.

Highly recommended. Sharp hotel in the middle of downtown. Very safe/clean. Rooftop pool..!
Aspectos positivos: All good. Great location. Rooftop pool and view is incredible. Nice bilingual staff. Not cheap, but reasonable rates.
Aspectos negativos: Neighboring room had stereo playing REALLY loud for a while, late at night -- But it ended after 45 minutes finally..

Amazing Hotel , You should Go
Aspectos positivos: Great location . breakfast was good to .Everything was just perfect .Located next to the square and all bars and restaurants , the place make everything walkable and easy to explore the great El Poblado.
Aspectos negativos: Design , very good eco concept . Great service. Sushi restaurant in the roof top with swimming pool . Great view of the whole town . Smiling and friendly staff . Safe to walk everywhere .

Aspectos positivos: Comfortable bed, the living room was a real bonus. Good breakfast. Fully stocked mini bar. Very friendly staff. Burgers in the restaurant were fantastic. Duvan in the bar was very friendly.
Aspectos negativos: Toilet was blocked a couple of times, though it was quickly fixed. The shower was difficult to get to a Goldilocks temperature, either too hot or too cold. Location is very lively and loud, luckily we able to close the living room door and sleep in peace.

Aspectos positivos: This hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the heart of El Pablado! It did get noisy at night, but the air conditioned, large rooms with a great shower was well worth it! Staff spoke English and breakfast was great.

Aspectos positivos: the staff were so helpful, one bell boy even walked us to the money exchanger to help us out on checking breakfast was delicious and amazing Paola was on the front desk every day, biggest smile and ready to help with anything we had to checkout pretty fast and they were smooth as possible rooms are beautiful the views are breathtaking and there is a cocktail cart that comes past your room between 6 and 7 daily for a free cocky!

very well kept, staff brilliant and I loved the gym.
Aspectos positivos: the rooms were spacious and very well kept. the staff were very helpful and friendly. breakfast was brilliant, the hotel gym was probably the best gym I’ve ever used in the hotel and widely used by local people too. the breakfast was brilliant with very quick and polite service. the rooftop bar has brilliant views especially at night and was very vibrant.
Aspectos negativos: the only down point I would say about the hotel was it was pretty noisy at night. not indie the hotel but just the fact it was a party area as such.

Top located hotel with exceptional service in Medellin.
Aspectos positivos: Complimentary breakfast with really nice options to choose from. The view from the room was also very nice, we stayed on the 9th floor. As for the service this has been exceptional at all time of the day.
Aspectos negativos: Nothing to complain.
