A great hotel in a great central location.

Aspectos positivos: We stayed here on our honeymoon and had a really lovely stay! The staff were really friendly and helpful. The location is great, walking distance to so many great bars and restaurants. Our room was nice and clean, with robes to use in the spa - a nice little touch. A small lovely rooftop pool, sadly it rained so we didn't get a chance to use it. The sauna was great, but it takes many hours to heat up so bare that in mind its better in the afternoon/evenings to use.

Aspectos negativos: The sauna took many hours to heat up so unable to use it in the mornings, but it was great in the evenings!

Charming boutique hotel quite unique and probably one of my favourite places to stay!

Aspectos positivos: Charming boutique hotel. Central location in a very safe area. Beautiful design and cosy rooms, elegant and stylish decor. A lot of plants which creates a serene atmosphere. Nespresso machine in the room which is excellent for coffee lovers like me. Rooftop with a great view and I enjoyed the pool, sauna and I even tried the cold plunge! Sparkling clean! Most importantly friendly lovely stuff! A special thank you to Alejandro and David who went above and beyond to make sure I have a great stay! They were very attentive, arranged for an early check-in which was great after a long flight and even upgraded my room which was so much appreciated. Alejandro was checking on me every day to ensure I was happy. Such lovely people.

Aspectos negativos: It is in a vibrant area so can be noisy on the weekend ; however the double windows of good quality reduced the noise significantly so sleeping was fine for me.

A great base for Medellin

Aspectos positivos: The location was great for exploring Medellin. The room was spacious and the pool / sauna in the top floor was great to relax after a day out and about. The hotel team were super friendly - we hadnt read any negative reviews about the noise, but they mentioned it in checkin and offered for us to only pay for the first night in case it was a problem and then we could cancel if we wanted to. We found. The hotel to be quiet and had a great night's sleep every night. Loads of great coffee / breakfast spots nearby.

Perfect hotel for visiting Medellin

Aspectos positivos: Fantastic rooms with excellent beds and the shower is rather impressive. Hotel staff are all very friendly and welcoming. Brunch cafe downstairs is brilliant. Location for El Poblado is great - right in the middle and easy to navigate to the metro station; however you will need ear plugs at night which are provided by the hotel. Despite the noise at night, I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Medellin.

Aspectos positivos: What an incredible hotel!! It is absolutely gorgeous. We stayed just for one day. Great rooftop jacuzzi and sauna. We loved that the SPA is in the same building. Great vibes. Great views. The room looks unique. Location is fabulous.

Aspectos negativos: Expect noise from nearby discotheques until 3 am.

Aspectos positivos: Good and central location, very green, nice staff, many breakfast options in the area. The spa and small pool on the rooftop are a nice add-on.

Aspectos negativos: The area is quiet during daytime but during night there are a lot of places nearby with loud music until late, if you have a light sleep you may not feel comfortable here.

Nice place to stay in Medellin

Aspectos positivos: Celestino is in a really great location, and was under a 15 minute walk from nearly everything we wanted to see and do... but with that, comes the noise. I had read a few reviews that made me nervous, then when we arrived at the hotel the reception warned us and when we went into the room there were earplugs so we were a bit nervous! But we listen to a rain app and have our laptops on to sleep so it wasn't bad for us. I can definetely understand why it may be bad for others. Overall, 1. The service/staff were lovely. 2. The location is amazing. 3. The design and feel of the hotel/rooms is great. We would stay again.

Aspectos negativos: There was nothing we didn't like but: 1. I wouldn't necessarily call it a hotel, it doesn't really have the services of a hotel like breakfast, room service .etc. 2. The gym facilities are a few dumbells on the roof next to the pool - wasn't an issue for us as we weren't there to work out 3. The pool is quite small, you can fit around 4 sunloungers so if you're in Medellin to chill by the pool, this isn't the right place for you

Aspectos positivos: We had a really lovely stay at Celestino. The location felt very safe, and it was perfect for enjoying the cafes, bars, and restaurants nearby. It was also only a short 10–15 minute walk to the park where many tours depart, which made exploring the city really easy. Even with the nearby clubs, we didn’t find the noise too disruptive and slept well throughout our stay. One of our favourite parts was the sauna which was such a relaxing bonus and a real perk after long days out.

Aspectos negativos: The neighbourhood is lively, and while that’s part of its charm, there are some aggressive street salespeople in the area, so it’s good to be aware of that when walking around.
