Epic stay at Epic boutique hotel

Aspectos positivos: Epic boutique hotel was such a wonderful stay in El Poblado. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the location is perfect for El Poblado, the rooftop restaurant and bar is so cool and they have the best cocktails! But the best part of our stay was the service, especially from Andres and the kitchen staff! Highly recommend staying good here.

Aspectos positivos: location is the best, staff service is very good, room is new, modern, clean, considering the price, the room size is very good too. The luggage deposit service is fast and efficient which is very friendly and good to use for tourists.

Aspectos negativos: the breakfast can be bigger and more delicious, but to be honest, anyone who lives here is for PARTY, who needs breakfast, so no complain from me.

Fantastic hotel in great location

Aspectos positivos: The location is fantastic. It is in the middle of the party district and strut g point to explore the city. It is noisy but I had no problem with that. They provide ear plugs and the clubs next doors are closed anyway now. Nice amenities and you have a coffee Maschine in the rooms. Louis and Juan are amazing. They all talk English and assist with everything. Great job! They communicate via WhatsApp with you and you can send them messages all day. I stayed here two nights and decided after some days to move back to that hotel.

Really good choice for Provenza area.

Aspectos positivos: Clean Central location Earplugs and white noise to combat the outside noise Good breakfast New facilities, modern design

Aspectos negativos: No internal sound proofing. They did whatever is possible to isolate the outside, but I could hear noise from other rooms, and got woken up by an idiot neighbour at 6am who had a genius idea to talk to someone on the phone whilst waiting for a lift right outside my door. I am not a light sleeper so a) he must have been loud b) walls are paper thin.
