Great place to stay at El Poblado

Aspectos positivos: The location is very quiet compared to other places in El Poblado, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are equipped just as expected.

Aspectos negativos: Breakfast variety, not many options to select and if modifications required it is not so flexible.

Aspectos negativos: Perhaps a reading light near the beds - especially to get up and down to the top bed.

Aspectos positivos: Huge, amazing room with all amenities and big kitchen, great balcony. Brilliant location opposite a supermarket in leafy Manila but only minutes from busy El Poblado nightlife.

Aspectos negativos: Room was not cleaned during our stay, hotel seemed to have a policy to not recommend anything at all, hot water often only lasted for a few minutes at a time which was very frustrating. Housekeeping and consistent hot water elevates this apartment to a top-level offering

Great stay in el poblado - highly recommended

Aspectos positivos: Great location, reception very friendly and responsive via WhatsApp, great TV and lovely warm shower with shampoo, conditioner etc provided. Big fridge with some (chargeable) items provided eg red bull, water, beer.

Aspectos negativos: - Could do with coffee / tea-making facilities (or at least a kettle) - would benefit from investing in stainless steel pans for the kitchenette as all of the Teflon pans are scratched. I know this is arguably a small issue but I did not enjoy thinking about the millions of plastic particles being released into my food every time I cooked (also the only sponge provided is a metal scourer so this only serves to worsen the scratch problem) - we were staying for 4 nights and had to ask for fresh towels & our apartment to be cleaned on day 3. I assumed that the apartment would be cleaned / bins emptied every day like in hotels so this was a bit of a surprise, but once I asked the receptionist was very helpful

Modern apartments at perfect location

Aspectos positivos: Location, staff, facilities, extremely clean. Close to many cafes and restaurants.

Aspectos negativos: Just 3 options for breakfast. If you’re with a child that stays for free his/her breakfast is not included, have to pay for it, and this you understand when you have your first one :(

Aspectos positivos: At first glace the hotel is nothing exceptional, the staff is cordial and nice though. The rooms are huge and well equipped, very clean too. The hotel is next to some good restaurants and food stores and 5-10min walk to the vibrant area, witch is a plus because you don't have to listen to the music and the party noises at 3 am. The breakfast is ordinary, if possible go and eat to some of the great places around like betty's bowl for exemple. Never saw anyone eat there during our stay. Overall very nice experience.

Great place in Poblado

Aspectos positivos: I liked the building and the room. It's nestled across the street from a police station so it's very safe. Room felt like an apartment and it was very clean and well kept.

Aspectos negativos: The staff were friendly but I was upset at an interaction with one of the employees. She was instructed with collecting payment and was insisting that I would have to pay a 20% tax for staying. Which was resolved as I was not a citizen, resident of Colombia and didn't need to pay. But the confrontation and back and forth from an employee who was arrogantly insisting that it was so. Thankfully management stepped in and it was resolved shortly after. It was nonetheless upsetting. The other thing was possibly the food. The establishment owns the restaurant next door and the inclusive breakfast is from there. The food was terrible. Colombia generally has great food. This was bad. And I felt sick afterwards.

Aspectos positivos: We loved the concept, the staff, the management team, the location, everything!

Aspectos negativos: It might be a bit noisy, specially rooms facing the street. Ear plugs come very handy.
