Nice stay close to everything

Aspectos positivos: I really love the room and the pool. Breakfast was also good.

Aspectos negativos: Everything was fine

Booking.com delivered a gem

Aspectos positivos: Location- very close to town centre Appearance - old Colonial style exterior with a modern interior Swimming pool was nice and refreshing for the climate

Aspectos negativos: It not being clear that the free parking was quite a way away, and no prices available for the nearer car parks But that is a minor point.

Aspectos positivos: Nice pool. The staff was really attentive. A/C works fine. The rooftop bar is a plus. A very short walk to historic sites but in a quiet street.

Aspectos negativos: The lack of windows in most rooms. The toilet is too tightly fit between the sink and the shower.

Good Value hotel

Aspectos positivos: Friendly staff, back balcony over looking pool and pool area, 3rd floor very nice but not utilized by many. The area was great 👍 not far from the parque principal. Beds were comfortable, room clean

Aspectos negativos: One downfall was there was no hot water( that was not too bad, but the shower was very cold). The internet was spotty not good in rooms

Aspectos positivos: Pleasant hotel on the edge of the historic town. Good breakfast and comfortable room, particularly the balcony overlooking a garden area at the rear with views of the surrounding countryside. It was convenient being in town, handy for the bus station and places to eat.

Great breakfast and great pool in a great location

Aspectos positivos: Great breakfast. Really nice to have 4 different choices and all good choices. The pool was great. As was the roof terrace. Our room was good and we were grateful to have a window as it seemed not many rooms do. The window had shutters and went in to the corridor so didn't let in lots of light but was better than no window at all. Staff were pleasant. Overall an enjoyable stay.

Aspectos positivos: Bed was comfy, breakfast was nice, location is relatively good

Aspectos negativos: Pool water is cold, on my second night someone from the staff was still cleaning especially the floor which was really annoying. The first night they still played loud music although I was the almost the only client there, so instead of them turning down or off the music I had to go and ask but they did it right away, sockets missing in outside and restaurant area

Aspectos positivos: Starting off with the best, I don't think I've ever had an included breakfast this good from a hotel in this class. Truly outstanding. Beyond that the bed was comfortable, the air conditioning was necessary given how hot Santa Fe gets, the location was good in the historic centre and close to Parque La Chinca where the food stalls set up at night, and the pool was nice to chill out in.

Aspectos negativos: There were a few oddities/quirks that stop it being a 10. First, water pressure: the bathroom sink only managed a trickle. Second, the plugs: between the room and bathroom there was just one and it wasn't near either the bed/night stand or desk. On the whole, though, for the price and location (and breakfast) can't complain.

Aspectos positivos: Breakfast at 6 AM possible. Welcome drink. Quit sleeping.

Aspectos negativos: No windows in the room. Very small rooms. Nothing to place personal things.
