Aspectos positivos: view from the room spectacular the restaurant had excellent food

Aspectos negativos: there was a chimney but not help to set it up you needed a tuk tuk to go from one place to another but the kids liked it very much it was far away from guatepe no possibility to make tea

Aspectos negativos: The road to the hotel and even the internal roads in stones were really annoyng. Whoever made the decision to pave the road in stones, was stupid. Internal roads and parking needs to be improved

The staff's unparalleled friendliness added a warm touch to the experience, making it truly memorable. Without a doubt, I would eagerly return to this wonderful retreat.

Aspectos negativos: Despite its enchanting ambiance, a few hiccups affected the stay—hot water glitches in the main room, non-functional coffee pot and microwave, and a bumpy road to the cabins. Additionally, the requested 6 AM car failed to arrive, yet the overall charm makes it a place I'd will be revisiting.

Luxury gem nestled in the woods.

Aspectos positivos: The views were unreal. The place was so quiet. I loved that the doors opened wide to the balcony. The fireplace was soooo nice. The staff was so helpful.

Aspectos negativos: Daily cleaning included would be nice, but it didnt take anything away from my trip.
