Way above expectations thanks to a beautiful setup and fantastic staff.

Aspectos positivos: The staff were attentive, the breakfast was delicious, the pool was stunning, the room had everything we needed and the gym and beach club were both excellent. I'd read some negative reviews about the beds, size of bedrooms, being overcharged and breakfast. None of these were issues for us. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was exceptional.

A relaxing stay with amazing views and great food.

Aspectos positivos: The hotel is beautiful, with amazing views. Breakfast is included and served buffet style. The two restaurants have great food options that taste wonderful and were (in our opinion) very affordable for the quality. The staff is very responsive and alert to your needs. /you can get a free tuktuk to the restaurant, and transportation from the hotel to Guatape town is not that expensive should you want to explore it during the day.

Aspectos negativos: When we stayed, two of the four rock jacuzzis were not working correctly. This is a popular thing to do (catch the views in the jacuzzi), and even with a reservation, you weren't guaranteed to get the right one. You had to be there and alert to jump in when someone left. Also, the hotel was not as full when we were there, and they were still setting a minimum consumption limit for the VIP firepit and the cabanas, which was a bit unnecessary since no one else was using them. Also, since you're staying a bit far from town, I'd say having the restaurant open later would be great. You can get room service, but the menu is a bit more limited.

Amazing hotel! Just some tweaks would make it even better.

Aspectos positivos: We had a great stay. The service was excellent, and the breakfast offered a wonderful variety that I really enjoyed. My room was comfortable, and the views were stunning. The pool and hot tub area were beautiful, and the poolside service made it even better. Highly recommend!

Aspectos negativos: There were a few things that could use improvements. The road leading to the hotel is unpaved and feels a bit neglected, which is unexpected for such a nice property. Additionally, the shower water turned cold after about 15 minutes, which was a bit frustrating. It would also be great if breakfast started earlier than 8:00 AM. While I appreciate the relaxed vibe, an earlier breakfast would be helpful for guests wanting to explore the area. Overall, a lovely stay, but these tweaks would make it even better.

One night stay in Guatape

Aspectos positivos: I loved everything about the hotel from the moment we arrived to when we left. The hotel is very beautiful, the views are very beautiful, the staff were very friendly. The hotel exceeded our expectations.

Aspectos negativos: That we didn't plan to stay more than one night. If we visit Guatape again I would stay here for longer!

Aspectos positivos: Amazing location, beautiful view, nice food for the breakfast and menu. Perfect place for taking photos. Possibility to arrange the trip on helicopter and do water activities like wakeboarding.
