Aspectos positivos: Staff were friendly, rooms were clean and tidy and we had breakfast included which was simple but all we needed!

Aspectos positivos: The location is great. Good value for money and a great taco place next to it. The terrace where the breakfast takes place is also great

Aspectos negativos: As a light sleeper I heard a lot of noise coming from the radio of other rooms, and if somebody is walking/talking down the hall you can hear everything

Good comfortable hotel near centre and near domestic airport

Aspectos positivos: We needed somewhere near the domestic airport for a late arrival and an early departure. So the 24-hour front desk was an advantage. Manned on our arrival by Jimmy, the owner/manager who used to live in the USA and whose English is excellent. Good sized comfortable room, good breakfast on the roof terrace. Early morning receptionist had less experience of speaking to non-Spanish speakers and was difficult to understand. Overall we would happily stay there longer if we were spending more time in Medellín.

Nice for a short stay in Medellin

Aspectos positivos: Location was great, felt safe, next to many restaurants and easy access to metro-10 minute away walking. Easy walk to Santa Fe mall-20 minutes. Jimmy is a great host, talkative, friendly and ready to give you answers to your questions. Nice to have someone when you are in a big city for the first time. The whole set up of the hotel was ok for its cost. Breakfast is nice to have-even though it’s very simple-choice of an omelette or an arepas, coffee and bread with marmelade. Ladies at the area of the breakfast not very friendly.

Aspectos negativos: Our room was next to reception and when people entered you could hear them. And this was late at night. It had a small window overlooking the corridor which means no light or fresh air. Without the air purifier which is in the room we wouldn’t be able to sleep because of the musty smell. But when this was on together with the aircon then it was ok.

Aspectos positivos: The owner, Jimmy is what makes the place go from 10/10 to 11/10. He was always happy to help and answere all of our questions. He helped us book tours in and outside of the city. Truely fenomenal guy. The room was nice, everything that you can want, as well as a small safe for your valuables. They have a 24/7 security and an AMAZING freshly made breakfast. The hotel is located in El Poblado which is definetly where you want to be in Medellin. If I ever come back to Medellin (which I probably will) I am definetly booking this hotel. All the best to Jimmy and his staff!

A hidden gem

Aspectos positivos: My husband and I decided to stay here at the last moment, and we are so glad we did! The location was perfect, close to many amazing restaurants in El Poblado but still calm and quiet. The personnel were fantastic- they were so kind, attentive, and helpful! One of them even loaned us their metro card to explore downtown. Breakfast was fabulous as well. I couldn’t recommend Vita Hotel more!

Worth the money, friendly staff, lovely area

Aspectos positivos: EVERYTHING! The location was perfect and the staff at the reception were super friendly. We saw three people, two gentlemen and one lady They were all really amazing and kind. Breakfast is served in a small terrace they have inside the hotel with a nice view. It is a nice way to start your day for sure Another thing to mention is that you can do your laundry with them for a really reasonable price and it's done in a very short time also. I loved that!

Aspectos negativos: Lightning in room could be a bit better but not a big issue to be honest. No fridge in the room.

Very comfortable stay in a nice area of Poblado

Aspectos positivos: Very comfortable stay in a nice twin room. The room was not very big but it's comfortable and clean. With crispy fresh linens and towels, friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is excellently located in a nice area in Poblado, with restaurants and shops around. A bit loud on the weekend but not in the party area. The hotel has a nice terrace, where they serve breakfast (included). Within walking distance from the metro. Would stay here again.
