Aspectos positivos: The only thing missing to give it a 10 is a gym / yoga space and a rooftop . Very good value for momey, gentle staff , great location. The rooms are awesome and the beds are top comfort.

Excellent hotel in El Poblado.

Aspectos positivos: We loved our stay at Moabi! The room was big and so comfortable. The shower was hot with good pressure. We loved the fact it was a smart room - very cool! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic - in the Manila part of El Poblado, a short walk to restaurants and the subway station. We would stay here again if returning to Medellín!

Lovely modern hotel in great location - recommend

Aspectos positivos: Great location in Poblado - felt safe in the area, even at night. Lovely room, comfy bed and pillows, and the Smart aspects worked well. Good soundproofing. You have to ask for a hairdryer, but one was brought to our room when requested. Staff were helpful in organising a taxi to the airport at the end of our stay.

Aspectos negativos: A little disappointed that the reception staff spoke very little English but they did compensate by using translation apps.

Nice hotel in the neighbourhood of El Poblado

Aspectos positivos: Thanks a lot to the lady at entrance - she was great and managed despite our small various requests (check in early, luggage storage, room change..) You made our day very relaxed + makes us missed our days in Medellín ! Regarding the hotel, it’s super clean and convenient. The area is secure and you have plenty of restaurants around. Highly recommended. The room is clean and with all kind of closets to let your luggage aside Thanks !

Aspectos positivos: Clean, efficient, comfortable. Great restaurant. Very comfortable and easy stay for first arrival, still close enough to the vibrant areas of El Poblado. Staff always very polite and welcoming. Smart room and AC all works smoothly.

Aspectos negativos: There's a little noise from music playing in local shops but it's pretty harmless and stops later at night
