Great boutique hotel in the middle of the city

Aspectos positivos: The staff were phenomenal!!! So kind and personable, went out of their way to be helpful. I had a cold while there and they made me lime peel tea, brought hot water continuously. Gave amazing local recommendations, helped make reservations, were interesting to chat with. Shoutout to Luis and Juan!! The hotel is gorgeous, it felt like an oasis in an original home of the area in a sea of commercial high-rises and gentrification. The room had a huge very comfortable bed, we had our own little patio, it was fairly quiet considering how busy the area is. The gardens on the property are lush and beautiful. The bathroom was huge and bright.

Aspectos negativos: The breakfast location was very pleasant, although the restaurant seemed short staffed so service felt slow then rushed. Food was good, nothing special, portions slightly small, on the included breakfast. The coffee was excellent.

Aspectos negativos: only issues for us was the shower in our room was difficult to control the hot and cold

Aspectos positivos: We moved here from possibly the loudest hostel we’ve ever stayed in in search of a good nights sleep and refuge from the noise of poblado. The staff were very kind and helpful, our room was lovely with a very comfortable bed and most importantly, very quiet! Would definitely recommend if you don’t want to hear provenza or nightclubs until 5am. Breakfast is basic but very nicely done. Would return.

Great stay here. We were greeted on day 1 with an early check in to help our situation because of awkward flight times.

Peaceful feeling in a big city

Aspectos positivos: Small, quiet, very clean, boutique feel and traditional decor. Having 24 hours reception is also a very good bonus. Polite staff. Carlo in the restaurant was particularly friendly and helpful. Great coffee!

Aspectos positivos: Luiz at the reception was a very welcoming guy, who was very informative and a good host. We felt like he delivered on all services and was attentive to our needs.the design of the place is gorgeous. We would stay again.

Aspectos negativos: At times there were no coffee available at the machine in the reception unfortunately. We noticed that the room had a bit of a damp smell too it, unsure if this is because if was raining during the days we stayed but it was not very pleasant. We also noticed quite a lot of centipedes in the room which we had too remove ourselves.

Quiet sanctuary in a bustling city

Aspectos positivos: It is a beautiful hotel in a great location and the staff couldn't be more helpful. Tea and coffee available to make but no bar or restaurant in the hotel which made it a peaceful place to stay.
