Very good new hotel. Recommended

Aspectos positivos: * Very modern hotel in a good location in El Poblado neighbourhood, near Provenza, El Tesoro shopping mall, etc. * Staff is super welcoming and helpful * Room was super comfortable and the views are amazing

Aspectos negativos: * Gym was not open yet, we where expecting to use it * Breakfast buffet can be better, although not bad, some times it can feel limited.

Aspectos positivos: I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the breakfast each morning was delicious with a good variety of options.

Aspectos negativos: The only downside was the location — while it's close to Provenza, the steep hill makes it really difficult to walk, especially if you're heading out for dinner or trying to get back late in the evening. If you're okay with taking a short ride or don't mind the climb, it's a great choice overall. One small thing I missed was a full-length mirror in the room — it would have been a nice touch.

Aspectos positivos: To start with, the staff was very nice and welcoming. The evening food was also fine, and rooms were cleaned every day during our stay. The location was perfectly quiet for us just outside the city (10 min by car) We would definitely reccommend

Aspectos negativos: Breakfast could be more varied. You can also have a nice breakfast 10a 15 minutes from the hotel in el poblado for not expensive.

Great location, clean and updated facility and service ready team to ensure a memorable stay

Aspectos positivos: The staff was professional, courteous and ready to assist. Although our Spanish was poor the staff went above and beyond to understand us and provide the needed service. The included breakfast was excellent.

New hotel in great and green location

Aspectos positivos: We loved the design, spacious rooms with balconies and modern amenities. The meeting rooms were also very well appointed, and the green yet central location really was great!

Aspectos negativos: There is no gym or swimming pool, which would have been nice.

Amazing choice of a hotel to stay in Medellin

Aspectos positivos: The location of the hotel is pretty good and yet in a very quiet neighborhood so u sleep well, the hotel's breakfast is decent and the staff overall is amazingly helpful. They even exchanged money probably one of the best rates which is unlike hotels. the beds are comfy and having a balcony and a green and mountain view was just amazing

Aspectos negativos: if you dont take uber can be steep walking back and forth. there is no gym ( I know its written but if only it had a gym) not much else about the hotel that is wrong
